Highly recommended

We were fortunate to have a parking space. Parked at an expensive parking lot the first night because of construction and miscommunication with staff. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Small window could not be opened and was frosted so could not see outside at all. Made use of the lounge and it was nice to have complimentary beverages. Close to susukino and tanukikoji.

Pro: entrance to Tanukikoji, friendly staff, quiet room, good breakfast, free coffee/choc/lemonade/corn soup Cons: decent public bath but not mineral water, blanket a bit dirty when checkin.

Honestly probably the best hotel I have ever been in Sapporo for the price and quality

An okay hotel with an onsen but I was put in a room with a lot of hallway noise. When I called, staff acknowledged the noise but instead of moving my room, brought me earplugs.

Good location, easy go around for shopping and dinings.

The breakfast is good the rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The hotel is very convenient to the shopping and dining area around Susukino and Tanuki Koji.

Clean and safty

酒店位置在狸小路旁，所以購物和找食肆十分方便；房間乾淨舒服，唯窗口的窗簾不能打開，感覺有點暗，飯店設有大浴場，不過地方比較細少，2/F設有免費飲料和小食，非常貼心。

I only stayed here as I began a tour here the next day. I am really glad that we did. It is quite a little treasure. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The restaurant for dinner was a great find with new and interesting food. The Japanese house white wine was very pleasing. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. Shopping gallery goes for streets behind the hotel and down into Pole shopping. Oh and great value BTW!

酒店位於狸小路旁，附近有很多食店和商店，房間的size適中，床和枕頭都舒服；2/F設有男、女浴場，分別有室內和室外的熱水池，但面積比較較細，很多時候出現擠擁的情況！另外2/F 休息室14:00-23:00 設有免費飲品和零食，非常細心。

Good location, the room is clean and bed is comfortable. This hotel has a public bath, but it’s without sauna. There is provided a free drink and snack within 2:00-11:00pm on 2/F everyday.

Ok So-so.

I wanted to get a bigger room, but due to availability, I could only get a double. We had alot of luggage, so took up alot of space. But the rooms are actually spacious. The service was very good. Even if they do not clean your room everyday, they give you towels and new bottles of water and fresh towels hung outside yoir room which is not common from my experiance . Tpyically its only on check-in. Staff are helpful and answer questions patiently. Many could communicate well in English. When we checked out, one staff even helped to cut a plastic bag to serve as a cover for one goodies bag which is a paper bag. There are also onsen, if you are interested. Rooms are very clean. Location is good. Near underground shopping mall and Tanukuji shopping street. Value for money. The resturant which serve breakfast is also not bad. For 2200 yen, you get a "All You Can Eat* buffet. The spread is quite good.
