部屋の風呂は温泉水じゃなくても良かったかもしれない。
硫黄臭が少しだけ気になりましたが、充分満足できる施設でした。ありがとうございました。
ただ、エレベーターの扉が開いた時に何階かの表示があった方が良かったかな。

Excellent customer services and onsen facilities. Overall hotel facility would be perfect if the accessibility and connectivity between the Main Building and the South Building could be improved, as there is only one staircase available for connecting these two buildings which is absolutely inconvenient for elderly and wheelchaired people and baby pram.

Spacious room and a nice onsen in the hotel.
It was all clean. Furniture and hotel are outdated.
From the hotel it is about 6 bus stops to the start of the hiking trails. Enough restaurants and some shops around the hotel.

The room had views to die for, simply gorgeous. Sleeping Japanese style i.e. Futons can be overcome by having three or four futons on top of each other. Unfortunately the decor was slightly dated, old and tarnished in the room and other parts of the hotel. The hot spa on the fourth floor had simply breathtaking views. Warning don't go there late to see the views since you won't because it is dark! The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. We had one evening meal which was expensive but extremely well prepared, served and presented. A very nice hotel which, unfortunately, is beginning to show its age.

最初に入ったお部屋では、(他の方もコメントされてる方がいらっしゃるようですが、)臭いがきつくてお部屋を変えていただきました。（いちおう確認してみましたが、ペットOKの部屋にはしてないお部屋とのことでした）エレベータに消臭剤をおいてあるところをみると。。。
その他、移動したあとのお部屋で、冷蔵庫に水のペットボトルを入れておいたのですが、翌朝、お湯になってました。。。
