Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is very delicious. They have local produce that is very fresh. Location is a little bit far from station, car park is available so it is convenient if you drive your own car.

Nice room and services. Free tea and coffee drip to take to your room. There's coin laundry and dryer. 3 minutes from 7-eleven. Keep in mind it is 10 minutes walk from Chitose Station. It was winter and I had to drag my luggage in the snow, but actually they offer free taxi ride from Chitose Station on the day of your check-in if I'm not mistaken (I didn't know sadly). Also, they offer free transfer to the airport (the schedules was 6-10am, 5 trips a day. Please confirm the latest schedule to them).

hotel is new and sparkly clean. Staffs are nice and helpful. Location a bit far from chitose station with luggages (walk about 10mins) without luggage is fine. taxi from station is only 560 yen! take taxi if you have luggages. airport transfer is free (book in advance when you check in) I fly with airasia at 9.55 a.m. Airport transfer at 7.10 a.m. plenty of time left at airport -:) really recommend if you have early flight.
