Room is small and mattress was terrible. You can feel the spring.

Cozy & comfortable hotel…

The hotel has a nice onsen on its top floor. Very convenient and the breakfast is also nice. The front desk staff are extremely friendly. I came early to leave my bag first, then leave my bag at the front desk after checked out. They are very accommodative.

Wonderful hotel, excellent amenities, friendly and helpful staff, highly recommend.

We just had one night here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though we couldn't speak Japanese and they couldn't speak much English. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Within walking distance were a great coin laundry, a cafe and an excellent restaurant (Yakiniku Tanaka) as well as a shopping centre across the road.

３年ぐらい前に改装したとのことでしたが、洗面台、浴槽や部屋の隅々まで汚れが無く、数多くホテルは泊まっていますが１番でした。部屋は２階でしたので景色はあまり良くはありませんでした。

We were not in their computer system when we arrived to check in. The lady did a good job and it went smoothly.

Our floor was recently renovated and had a common lounge and kitchen. Room had bunk beds so daughter was very happy. Spacious room. Staff ran out when we drove up to guide us to parking and even let us park the car while we climbed up to the Konpira Shrine the next day.

おそらく、フルリノベーションしてとても素敵なホテルに生まれ変わったのだと思います。特に２階の共有スペースはキッチンも備わっており、長期滞在であればぜひ利用したいほどの充実ぶりです。 飲食店、スーパーマーケットも徒歩１分にあり、琴平の中心地からは外れているものの、とても利便性の高い場所でした。 スタッフさんもとても気持ちの良い対応をしてくださいました。 客室のエアコンと内線電話はリノベーションが追い付かなかった感じでしたが、内線電話はこのままにしておいてほしいと個人的に強く思います。 また利用したいホテルです。

リニューアルされ大変きれいで快適でした。2階の共用キッチンは向かいのスーパーや隣のコンビニで購入した食材を調理出来ました。ダーツやマンガもあり、家族も喜んでいました。夜間に洗濯物をとっておいてもらえるサービスは大変助かりました。また利用したいです。

I stayed in this hotel for two nights in November, 2017.Although the hotel is not located adjacent to the shrine and shopping area, it only took me about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to those areas. It took me about the same amount of time to walk to the JR train station. A nice restaurant is located next door to the hotel and a large supermarket is across the street. The front desk staff spoke very limited English but were friendly and professional at all times. My room was clean and adequate for my stay. There was a small laundry room with vending machines on the top floor, as well as a communal bath. Breakfast cost only $5.00 and featured a nice choice of two soups, rice, franks, meatballs, bread, yogurt, okra, juice and coffee. Overall, I think this hotel represented good value and I would happily stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and one can easily access a few restaurants, a convenience store, and a supermarket within one block of this hotel. It's also super easy to drive to Kotohira-gu (aka Konpira Shrine) from this hotel despite its seemingly remote location. We do need to take points away for two things -- the hotel breakfast was barely adequate (although maybe we shouldn't expect too much more for 500 yen per person), and unfortunately it's obvious that the rooms are not cleaned very well at all. There was dust everywhere, and we found stains on the walls as well as on the pillows. I had recently recovered from a cold, and the air quality in the room set me off on a massive coughing fit throughout the night. At least the windows and doors held up quite well when a massive typhoon hit the area with torrential wind and rain, and we were forced to stay indoors for a whole day. Wifi worked well, and we were glad to have access to a reasonably-priced coin laundry within the building while we waited out the storm.
