The stay at Hakata was warm, clean, and felt safe. The rooms might be a bit small for accommodating several large suitcases, but the cleaning service was done daily. The staff were polite, and they helped arrange a taxi for our return trip. We didn’t have breakfast during this trip. It was a family trip with parents and a child, and the bed was somewhat narrow for three people to sleep together. However, the location was convenient, not too far from Hakata Station, making it a recommended option. Around the hotel, there were 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson stores. Additionally, there was a 24-hour restaurant next to the hotel with very delicious food.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very strategic in front of the entrance of Hakata station and bus terminal. The hotel is very clean. There are coin laundry facilities, vending machines, and convenience stores on the 1st floor. Really recommended.

This place is amazing!! Situated in between the airport and Hakata Station. Totally loved my stay here and there are 7-Eleven, Lawson, and Family Mart nearby if you come out from different exits of the train station and explore the surrounding. Would totally recommend this hotel to anyone :)

The location is excellent. It's about a 3-minute walk from Fukuoka Airport. I went for breakfast at the airport. There's a slight incline, but it's a very convenient location. It's also very affordable. When I had trouble getting in because I didn't know the password, they came out and politely and kindly taught me. There's no TV, but it's equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, sink, and IH appliances, making it suitable for long-term use. Check-out was hassle-free; you just need to leave the room at the right time. I'd definitely use this hotel again in the future.

Happy with the room size as bigger than standard Japanese size. Location is a plus too as near Hakata station. Front desk staff were very helpful. Overall worth the price we paid. Highly recommended. The location of this hotel is excellent. Cross the road and you're already in Hakata Station, along with a few shopping malls directly connected to the station. We did a lot of day trips when we were in Fukuoka, so the location is very ideal for us. The room was spacious for Japanese standard and was fairly clean. Laundry amenities were available in 2 locations, and we did not have to wait long to get our laundry done. They give all sorts of amenities, including bath salts that you can use to soak your feet in. Overall really happy with our stay here.

I can leave my baggage in the hotel when I went to another city during my 2 reservations. The room was clean, tidy, and the facilities are more than enough. The laundry room is good! The location is near and within walking distance from Hakata Station. Near the hotel, there is a convenience store, and the price is affordable. Thank you for the hospitality ☺.
