Great location just a few hundred metres to Hakata station. Facilities are nice and the room is big enough. There is also an onsen inside the hotel. This is the best part. We traveled for business so I highly recommend this hotel. However, breakfast was quite poor

The room is a bit dated , but location is convenient and next to Hakata train and bus station . The room is small as typical in a Japanese hotel . The best part to me is the onsen on site to use at the end of the day.

We had to move rooms because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Staff member did not help with luggage. Laundry facilities clean and there were many machines. Room small but hotel is lovely. Great location. Hot bath was great but crowded.

Convenient hotel close to Hakata Station. Friendly staff. A great variety of breakfast options that cater to both Japanese and western tastes (eggs, bacon, cereals, toast etc). An awesome feature I liked also was the fact you could see how many of the washer & dryers were available for use from your room TV - meaning no need to haul your washing to the machines only to find them all in use. Also the shower pressure and temperature was amazing! Only downside I can think of was that the wifi was a bit spotty at times but otherwise would highly recommend this hotel!

Room was ok but needs an upgrade to cleaner floors and walls. Breakfast was very subpar. Staff were nice and the onset area was great including a sauna. Would stay here again for the convenience of the location- 5 minute walk to the Hakata Train/ Bus Station.

The overall experience with the hotel was good. The location was exceptional and onsen was really nice. The hotel quality was generally good. However, the hotel washroom seemed a bit outdated for us. We requested to clean the washroom “throughly”but still it smelled quite disturbing. The hotel offered us to change the room but we did not feel necessary as other rooms seemed to be the similar conditions. The Wifi was also very slow. Other than these. The staffs are nice and friendly.

Staff was great, but the beds are traditional, Japanese beds and very hard. We asked for extra blankets to try to soften up the beds and either they didn’t understand or didn’t want to comply. I have a back injury and staying there 5 nights was torture.

Front Desk was very helpful. A/C didn't work well. We had two rooms. One room was very nice but the other room with 1 full size bed was pretty tight for 2 adults to stay in and the shower room smelled a bit (like sewer smell). The breakfast at the restaurant attached to the hotel wasn't great. The food was fine but the workers there were so rude and not friendly. We didn't feel welcome there at all. One staff yelled at me for using the wrong towel to wipe down some spills on the counter (supposedly it was there for the employees to use, not for the customers to use). Not a great experience. We had free breakfast included in the package but we didn't go back. Other than that, it is located right next to bus station, easy access to Hakata station, Subway, Bus everything. We like it overall
