The location is very good, safe and convenient. I especially liked Onsen.

Location is great

The location of the hotel is great only within 2-3 mins walk from Hakata Station. However not much local shops or restaurants near the hotel but they have an attached convenient store and cafe which is easy to access quick drink or bite.

Staff was friendly and the room and property were very clean. The air conditioner worked which was great! It’s right by a bus station and train tracks but there was no noticeable noise from this. The room was small compared to western standards but that is to be expected in Japan.

The hotel is just next to the Hakata bus terminal and the train station so it is very convenient to get around Hakata and take the JR trains out to the rest of Kyushu. The rooms would be small as I would think that the hotel would cater a lot more for business travllers rather than leisure tourists. The onsen is great, wide and spacious as compared to others I have been to around Japan.

The hotel has a very good location, right next to a major train and bus station. The staff were helpful, the room was very good, and the restaurant had good options for breakfast.

Very good location that nexts to Hakata bus and train station, surrounded by restaurants and department store. Pretty reception area best for relax and reading, despite that the room is a bit small and carpet is old.

Rooms are not large enough to accommodate oversized luggage. Coin operated laundry is very convenient and area is clean. Attractive lobby and staff are extremely helpful. Wish there was an onsite restaurant

Had issues with checkin as hotel is unable to find my booking, waited for close to 2 hours and the hotel decided to create a new booking for me after they fail to contact Hotels.com or expedia.

Room is. Clean but small no space to open my big luggage, furnitures are out dated Train nose very loud and nosiey

Very convenient!!! It is just next to the Bus Terminal. The room size is small but enough for a single person, with more than enough facilities within the hotel. Since it is just next to the Hakata Station, shopping and dining has no doubt.

Nice hotel very close to Hakata station. The room was a good size by business hotel standards, with space around the bed for luggage, and the bed (semi-double) can sleep two comfortably. The onsen-style bath on the ground floor is a nice feature of the hotel. Plenty of good restaurants within 5-10 minute walk.

Hot springs is one of the best during my staying. Inclusive breakfast is also very considerate and many variety.

Hot springs is the advantage. I visited twice a day.

The room was clean except the funny smell in the bathroom, probably because the bathroom fan was not working. The breakfast was great. And it’s so close to Hakata Station.
