Amazing hotel and very accommodating staff. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Hotel location is close to convenience stores and Omori-Kaigan station. Also close to Haneda Airport. Ticks all the boxes at reasonable prices. Will definitely stay here for our next trip as well!

We had a wonderful stay, check-in was awesome, got there early and they had a room available. Spent the rest of the day in downtown Tokyo. We navigated the subway/train, made for an experience. People in Japan are so helpful. Even had a local just pay our fare when we were confused as to which line to take. He refused to take money from us, said enjoy Tokyo, made me more compassionate for travelers to the US. Ate Ramen down the street from the hotel was excellent, lots of locals. Tip is to always have some cash, many local shops use cash only, the big stores take credit cards. The shuttle service to the airport is on point, big reason for selecting the hotel also close to the train station. They even offered us a late check out since our flight departed at 3pm.

I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Japan. The rooms are incredibly large compared to other Japanese hotels. The amenities are complete, and the bathroom is compact but has everything. Location: So close to the station. Super easy to get around. Lot’s of shops and restaurants around. Loved it! Didn’t need to take trains to the nearest shops—all were within walking distance. Staff: Check-in & out has a good flow. Staff were nice and spoke good English. Rooms: Clean & cozy. Was able to rest well each night after 20,000+ steps. I loved the area. After going around to places all day, the hotel was located in such a good spot we didn’t need extra effort to find a place to eat, buy things, and snacks at the konbini across the street late in the evening/night.

My family and I spent 5 nights around New Year. It is an old hotel, but the design, amenities, service, and facilities all have the standard of a proper 5-star hotel. You have a taxi stand near the lobby, there are restaurants inside the hotel, a convenience store, an ATM, and spacious room sizes. The location is close to the train station. The only con for me is the mattress; I prefer a firm mattress.

Very strategic location, just across from the Disney Resort Line's Bayside monorail station. To get to that monorail station, we can either walk or use the shuttle bus. Next, buy a ticket on the Disney Resort Line to get to Disneyland, DisneySea, or Maihama JR station. There is a Lawson convenience store and a Yamato luggage delivery service counter on the ground floor of the hotel. Each floor has a drinking water station. For those coming from the airport, you can take the airport limousine bus and get off at the hotel lobby, which is very practical and comfortable.

Lokasinya super strategis langsung di stasiun Maihama, tinggal sekali naik Disney train langsung sampai, apalagi kalau bawa anak-anak kita bisa balik hotel dulu untuk istirahat lalu malam bisa kembali lagi ke Disneyland/Disneysea untuk melihat atraksi atau kembang api. Pelayan hotel semua ramah-ramah dan kamar triple yang luas cocok untuk keluarga, super rekomen bila ingin ke Disneysea/Disneyland JP.

The room is small but comfortable for a solo traveler. I just happened to order it myself so it's fine. Maybe if it's for two of us, they'll be given a bigger room. Very close to JR Itabashi Station (line JA), one station to Ikebukuro, two stations to Shinjuku. The surroundings of the hotel are quiet and still have a residential atmosphere. The train station, Lawson, McD, several shops and restaurants are very close, just a sandal's throw away. There is a garden where you can sit around. Prices are still below what others are. Anyway, I will come here again.

Very clean, big and tidy hotel Access to Disneysea and Disneyland is very easy. Right in front of the hotel there is a shuttle bus to Bayside station to continue using the Disney train to Disneysea and Disneyland. Breakfast is nice and there is a minimart and some nice cafes in the hotel area. Very super recommended
