Review for Minn Kamata Check-in is not handled in person. Instead, it is done through a tablet where you video chat with someone who is not on-site or even nearby. This made the process feel impersonal and inconvenient. The room was extremely small for a family of four, with a very poor layout. There is a table positioned almost immediately as you walk in, which made the space feel even more cramped and awkward to navigate. Communication from the hotel was extremely lacking. I asked a simple question about how to adjust the air conditioning, as the unit would not go below 35°C. I received no response for nearly nine hours. Prior to arrival, I also reached out to ask whether there was a secure place to store luggage if we arrived early. I never received a response. Had I known luggage storage was not available, I would have adjusted our travel plans to arrive closer to the 3:00 PM check-in time. Instead, I arrived at 1:00 PM only to be told—again via the tablet—that there was nowhere to store our bags. Overall, I would not recommend this property due to its setup, poor communication, and lack of basic guest support. While it may work for some travelers for a single night, it was not a good experience for our family. Additionally, the hallway carpets were heavily stained and appeared very neglected.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Having a stove and kitchen was perfect and allowed us to prepare some meals.

loved my stay here! spacious, walking distance to a combini & shopping area. also love the accessibility to the train station! definitely recommend & would stay again 100%!

It had everything i needed and was close to the station so i could go anywhere i needed to.

The room was clean and the bed super comfy

Great room for mum and dad and two teens for a couple of days. Very close to station and restaurants. No front desk but communication was excellent and easy check in process. Our room faced the street but was quiet once we closed the ventilation ports. Excellent value for money.

Great place, everything we need for three people. Lots of small things other places miss, extra towels, soap, utensils and even a single induction cooker was there just in case. Would absolutely go again.

Nice and easy to tne train station shops to. Great apartment we had a lovely time.

Great use of the space though one room.. The bunk bed were comfortable and had reading lamps. There was even a table to sit and eat Bathroom was spacious. Metro was a block and a half or so away and grocery store next door.

I liked staying away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo proper while being within 30 minutes of sightseeing. Thank you for your hospitality.

From day one when we turned on the AC there was leaking. It soaked our luggage. They never fixed it. The only fix was 20%off & 1 hr xtra before checkout

WiFi sucked to high heaven. Unless you’re in the bathroom with one leg suspended in the air and a smile on your face, it was extremely poor and intermittent—often turning on and off at will.

飯店位置離車站10分鐘很不錯，附近也有便利店，整體感覺很棒，建議如多日入住不提供打掃的話，能提供吸塵器就更好了

I liked it. Can’t let the condition of the carpet fool you, it’s actually very nice and clean.
