Minn 蒲田

入住是上下格床房，應該是最小的面積，各樣設備齊全，入住地面層，附近是平民區，沒有太多噪音，沒有車位，距離時租車位三幾分鐘步行算方便。

本次入住的208室，雙層床擺放位置不良、床板高度與樓層高度不合，上鋪睡者容易撞頭；上鋪護欄空隙太大，墜落風險高！欲訂本旅館者，建議避開有雙層床的房間

8 minute walk to kamata station. Excellent food within minutes of walking. Rooms were clean and smelled good. But the hallway smelled terrible. Host was easy to get ahold of. Recommended.

There are no staff onsite, there was only 'Cloud' Checkin through an iPad, which was buggy, slow and froze multiple times. The worst part is that there is no secure place to store luggage after checkout, so our entire last day was wasted, we couldn't drag around our luggage and go and do anything. I hate the Cloud Check in with no onsite staff

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The only issue was when we arrived on floor 3, there was a stain on the carpet that had foul smell. The smell was very strong, like someone puked there.

コンビニも近く、駅も徒歩圏内で便利。 wifiが遅いのと、滞在した3Fのフロアが臭かったことがマイナス。 洗濯物干しスペースがほとんどなく、近くのコインランドリーで乾かした。翌日追加対応してくれたから良かったが、滞在日数、人数によって、洗濯干し、ハンガーを増やして欲しい。 また、2日以上の滞在者には床ワイパーなど掃除用具が必要。 問題があった時の対応も良く、料金も（セールの時だったが）良心的なので、また利用したいと思った。

Yes it’s a clean room. Very convenient to go to stores and the distance going to the train station

Simple place. Clean and well equipped kitchen with all the basics. Check in is all virtual

Maybe small but have everything you needed for your stay.

Review for Minn Kamata Check-in is not handled in person. Instead, it is done through a tablet where you video chat with someone who is not on-site or even nearby. This made the process feel impersonal and inconvenient. The room was extremely small for a family of four, with a very poor layout. There is a table positioned almost immediately as you walk in, which made the space feel even more cramped and awkward to navigate. Communication from the hotel was extremely lacking. I asked a simple question about how to adjust the air conditioning, as the unit would not go below 35°C. I received no response for nearly nine hours. Prior to arrival, I also reached out to ask whether there was a secure place to store luggage if we arrived early. I never received a response. Had I known luggage storage was not available, I would have adjusted our travel plans to arrive closer to the 3:00 PM check-in time. Instead, I arrived at 1:00 PM only to be told—again via the tablet—that there was nowhere to store our bags. Overall, I would not recommend this property due to its setup, poor communication, and lack of basic guest support. While it may work for some travelers for a single night, it was not a good experience for our family. Additionally, the hallway carpets were heavily stained and appeared very neglected.
