The room was great and even though had a slight issue with toilet they moved me to another room straight away. Great friendly staff and great room. Loved the views.

Enjoyed our stay here. Convenient access to Peace museum about a 10-15 minute walk. Took the ferry from the Peace dome to Miyajima. Staff at hotel were very welcoming. Room was lovely and overlooked the main Street. Breakfast buffet was best we had while in Japan. Good selection of Japanese and western options. Restaurant view was amazing on the 25th floor with big windows to see the views of Hiroshima. Elevators were quick and amenities plentiful. Highly recommend.

Room was clean (with kettle and mini refrigerator), staff were accommodating and I liked the cabinets on each floor that had irons for easy use.

Breakfast was lovely. Lots of traditional food and western breakfast food options too. It was fantastic having the restaurant on the 25th floor with views of the entire city. Staff were very helpful.
