東京ディズニーランド近郊の三井ガーデンホテル千葉利用し良かったので広島旅行の宿泊先に選んだ。
朝食ビュッフェ、とても美味しかった。ラウンジの景色も良く明るく広島にまつわる食材が多いのも良かった。
駐車場もホテルから近く便利だった。ウェブによる事前チェックイン案内がありスマホ登録しょうとしたがうまくいかなかったのが残念。カウンタースタッフの対応も良く次回も利用したく思っている。

The location of this hotel was great for being able to walk to the Peace Park, the Atomic Bomb Museum, and Hondori the shopping area. We didn't figure out pubic transportation in this area, but were able to get Uber to take us places that weren't walkable. This hotel was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The staff was remarkably kind and helpful. The vibe of the hotel is upscale and chill. We had two rooms booked since we were a family of 5 and one of our rooms was a smoking room. We didn't realize the booking was made this way. The hotel attempted to lessen the smell in that room but it was pretty off putting for people who don't smoke. The non-smoking room had no smell. I would recommend this hotel to travelers visiting this area.

We stayed here for four nights. The location is ok, close to the shopping street. However, the whole hotel is quite dated and old. You can tell it is clean, but the facility itself is old. Especially the toilet, that’s small and the electronic function only worked for the first day. Not working for the other three, but the flushing is working normally so we didn’t ask to change the room. The bath tub also has difficulty to get the water out, the water level is up to my ankle when I finished my shower so I guess the pipe is quite old and kinda stucked. Overall… given the brand name and price, I would have higher expectations so this is quite disappointed overall.

停車麻煩要到隔壁的簽約合作停車場，每次出入都要去櫃檯過一次停車券，房間清潔有待加強，早餐還不錯而且位於高樓層可欣賞市景，飯店位置步行去原爆公園很方便。

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient and makes exploring very easy. However, the room amenities were disappointing. This is the first hotel I have stayed at that does not provide a coffee set in the room. Additionally, the bathroom and toilet bowl are exceptionally small, feeling almost toddler-sized. Finally, the towels and napkins looked quite old and poorly washed. It is a great location, but the room comfort and cleanliness definitely need improvement.

This hotel is in a very convenient location and very affordable. Breakfast had a lot of choices. The staff was helpful when approached. The bathroom was quite small. I appreciated my stay here.

Staff and location was wonderful. Hotel was clean, but also just older. Parking in the location can be challenging - a few lots around but you need to have a (very) small car. It was overall a great stay. And their free walking tour was personable and kind.

Le immagini che ci sono nella presentazione di questo hotel non corrispondono alla verità.
Mettono immagini fatte da qualche programma al pc, ma non delle stanze vere.
Dalle fotografie sembrano nuove, invece sono camere completamente vecchie e mal pulite.
Alla richiesta di chiarimenti, il manager della struttura si è negato, ed il personale era evidentemente imbarazzato e non sapevano cosa fare.
Non la consiglio, ci sono altre strutture in zona molto più oneste e che raccontano la verità nelle fotografie.
Onestamente ho buttato nella spazzatura i miei soldi alloggiando in questa struttura.

24階の部屋は広くて清潔感あり最高。妻も、ここに住みたいくらいと。25階のカフェではフリーのスナックやコーヒーが楽しめる。朝食は郷土料理を中心に良質。特にビーフシチューとチーズケーキが最高。雨天でしたが傘のレンタルもあって良かった。チェックインの機器の処理速度が遅く釣り銭を取り出す位置が低いので腰痛持ちの私には少し不便だった。結局、フロアや朝食チケットの説明はスタッフが来てやってくれるし、フロントのスタッフがたくさんいたので対人でやれば良かった。立地は駅から離れているが平和記念公園や商店街までちょうど良い距離で良し。せっかくなんで広島駅から路面電車を体験して楽しむのも良し。お世話になりました。
