Clean room, nice amenities, close to malls and bus stops and friendly staffs.

Pleasantly surprised by size of the room. Opposite a mall with good amenities and having an Onsen tub to soak in the room is a great way to relax after a day of walking.

Lovely boutique hotel with less than 20 rooms, each with a hot spring bath. Great little cafe in the lobby, right across the street from a shopping mall and an easy walk to an area with many restaurants and bars.

We loved the clean, spacious rooms and the private onsen in our hotel room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice small hotel, warm welcome and convenient location. The hotel is across the local mall which have lots of food choices and reasonable price. Hotel staffs speak good English very easy to communicate with. Hotel itself very clean provided very comfortable room with great size. I wish we stay there longer.

The hotel’s appearance was clean overall but there were some floor stains in some areas of the guest room. Additionally, I found one cockroach in my room. The one English speaking staff was friendly but staff who did not speak English did not extend the same level of customer service to foreign customers and they assumed foreign customers did not understand Japanese. All hotel staff should provide the same level of service and attention to every guest in the language they feel most comfortable with. Hotel staff were more polite after they knew I could speak Japanese. I would stay again but have some concerns about pests. Don’t want those getting into my luggage.

Beautiful facility and the room was honesty bigger than I had expected. Staff was very accommodating. The in room bath was amazing, was truly an experience to stay at Mure Beppu.

This property is very beautiful zen, spa like Enjoyed the traditional vibe and the huge bath. Was heavenly. Front desk checkin was fast and easy. Staff used a google translator so was very easy. Took care of all our needs he was very polite and efficient, explained every detail. Rooms were heavenly...We were sad to leave after 2 nights. Parking was easy and we got a spot..thanks. Mall across the street for easy shopping and food. Hotel has coffee, tea' dango space with lots of sit-down areas including outside and soak your feet. Cant say enough about this place truly one of a kind. My son and daughter in law had a front facing room so experienced a little noice but its facing the main street not much to do about it. Still fabulous ..

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The private room onsen is wonderful! Staff very accommodating and attentive. Front desk staff use voice translator devices to assist if any language barriers.
