The staff was kind and friendl. Many spoke enough English to help me out. The food was delicious. And the rooftop hot tub was a dream.
The hallways and room are a little muggy at first, and the smell of wood is strong, but once I turned down the ac and spent enough time it was all fine.

The services were great, not too much either. The ocean view from the hotel was fantastic. The furniture at the lobby was comfortable and the view was nice too. Breakfast was delicious!

常にラウンジにドリンクや湯上がりアイスがあり、大変良かったです。部屋からの景色も屋上の温泉も眺め良しで最高でした。夕方や朝のバイキングでは、従業員の方もすぐに食器をひいてくれたり、写真を撮ってくれたり、何から何まで最高のサ―ビスでした。また泊まりに行きたいです。

浴衣が選べて良い。
部屋のコンセントが少ない。トイレのレバーがかたい。
夜ご飯はわりと充実しているが、朝ごはんにお粥がなかったこと、デザートが少ないことなど、少々不満なポイントがあった。

従業員の対応はとても素晴らしいと思います。
お風呂からみえる景色もとてもきれいで、
朝は天気が良ければ日の出も見れます！
夕食はバイキングで、メニューも多く、海鮮のお刺身や角煮やステーキ、徳島ラーメンなど、
どれも美味しかったです。
大塚美術館や、うずしおの観覧船乗り場までもとても近く、便利なところだと思います。

窓から見えるオーシャンビューがとても美しく、日の出がとても綺麗に見えます。露天風呂からは鳴門大橋と日の出どちらも見えて旅行の非日常感を存分に味わうことができました。また、ビュッフェに並んでいるもの全て美味しかったのですが、特に卓上コンロを使う小鍋が珍しく味も最高でした。交通の便は悪いですが、無料のシャトルバスで送迎していただけるので本当に助かりました。徳島に行く機会があればまた泊まりたいと思います。
