The staff was very professional and accommodating in every way. They went out of their way to assist in helping park my car. They were also kind enough to let us know that due to the number of individuals staying at the hotel. It would be a good idea to come earlier for breakfast, Doing the saved us a lot of time, as we left we noted the large number of folks queuing for food. The interior of the hotel is a bit older, there was construction going on during the core hours of the working day, and certain items in the room did not work like the radio that’s built into the bed. I’m not sure if this is simply due to the age of the item or the functional operational abilities. Overall, it was a great place for a quick stay in the city.

Black. Mold. The bathroom reeks of black mold. The mold was visible around the base of the toilet, fan port, and the shower walls. It was so bad I couldn't stay in the bathroom long enough to shower ☹️ Additionally, the window shutters in the bedroom have active black mold growing on them so we had to leave the window open all night (despite it being -2°C) with the heater running because we wanted to breathe safe air. I feel genuinely terribly leaving this review because the staff that we interacted with were so so helpful and kind!! But I would never stay here again and I don't recommend others to stay here for their health.

Needed front desk staff to make a phone call in local language (Japanese) to reserve a restaurant but was refused to help impolitely. It was the only request for help during our 12-night stay so we were very disappointed and uncomfortable. The staffs are not professional in handling customer service and showed improper working attitude.
