We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very basic but there was nothing bad about it. The cleaning staff do such a great job the room was incredibly clean which we appreciate. Some other reviews had said the location wasn't the best but I disagree. You have to walk everywhere in Japan and the tv tower is max 10 minutes away which is amazing, right in front of odori park, close to 7-11 and Family Mart, 10 mins the other direction to the government building, and the airport limousine bus stop is a 7ish minute walk away! We really enjoyed our stay here and luckily the autumn festival was going on right in front of the hotel in odori park which was the cherry on top.

We stayed here for 5 nights and we really liked it- not a typical Best Western by any means. Staff was friendly, the location was walkable and centrally located and the tubs were deep!

Value for money, best hotel i stayed in Japan. Spacious relatively speaking, clean and new. Highly recommended.

First off, the location is incredible, right on Odori park. The hotel was also very nice, with daily cleaning and comfortable beds. A lot of Sapporo is in walking distance of the hotel as well.

We chose the hotel because we wanted to spend quality time around Oodiri koen. Almost everywhere inside central Sapporo was in walkable distance. There is no parking unlike previous BW at other locations we used before, so need to be careful on that aspect.

Our room was facing Odori-park and the view from the windows were fantastic! The room was cozy and clean. Staff were friendly. We would like to stay again.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The bathroom was really nice with a great sizes tub, which is rare in Japan. Although the hotel is said to be about 10 minutes from Sapporo Station, from the JR station (which is the main station most people will probably use while in Sapporo) it is a bit longer, between 15 and 20 minutes depending on how fast you walk.

Lovely stay in Odori Park steps away from the snow festival. The service was wonderful - the front desk managers graciously helped us make dinner reservations and called our next hotel for us to confirm. They even brought our bags to our room as we arrived early before check-in. The room was sparkling clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the deep soaking tub was a nice touch after a day out in the cold. The room has enough chargers for what you would need for 2 people. The desk area is perfectly adequate. The only minor issue we had was that you can hear absolutely everything going on in the hallway and it's a small hallway from all of the rooms to the elevator. Location was great for what we needed, but it seemed like we had to walk a bit to get to the bus, subway, airport limousine, etc. although it's a lovely space to walk in - even in a blizzard!

Great location on Odori park. Fantastic for Sapporo snow festival. Staff were not terribly helpful and the shower wasn’t designed for anyone taller than 5’4”

Great location next to park. Convenient to station, restaurants in a very walkable area. Good amenities, friendly and helpful staff. Service oriented. Clean and well maintained.

The hotel was remodeled (as I heard) so the room was clean, staff were friendly, however, the room windows are locked. Because the room was faced to the next building. So all day the room was dark. This was the only down side.
