最上階で海が目の前に見えた事、部屋が新しくて清潔で気持ちよく利用できた事、食事のバイキングが種類が多くて良かった。露天風呂までが外を歩かなきゃならないのが少し残念でした。１人追加になった事にもすぐ対応してくれて良かった。

Booked an oceanview room. Check in girl that served me was unfriendly but all the other staff were good. The view of the ocean was obscured by a tree and was on the first floor so very disappointed. I asked for a higher floor to get the view but same check in girl was unhelpful. Said nothing available without even looking at her computer. Maybe she doesn’t like Westerners. Otherwise it’s a nice place and the buffets were excellent.

The room bath smells mold and breach so we couldn’t use it. There was a newer building but our building is old and the staff were always want us to keep the time that we didn’t feel comfortable.

宿帳の記載に私の名前は入ってましたが電話番号、メールアドレスともに違うものが記載されていました　ホテル側に聞くとexpediaさんはよく正確に入ってこない事があるとの回答でしたチェックインしたのが18:30で少し遅めだったためか宿帳の紙に丸めたシワが沢山有り破棄されてたのかと不安に思いました部屋は改装したてでまあまあ綺麗でしたが、部屋の鍵が開きにくくスタッフに来てもらい使用方法を教えに来てもらいました冷蔵庫の故障は連絡したら即時入れ替えして下さいました部屋からはとても綺麗な朝日が見られました

客室、露天風呂、景色、食事は最高でしたが駐車場のおじさんの態度が物凄く悪くビックリしました！（命令系で言いっ放し御礼も無くホテル！？ホスピタリティー！？の言葉とは縁遠い物凄く気分が悪いままの入館になってしまいました。）12：30頃の施設はどんよりしていてスタッフも暗く活気を維持するには連泊するにはランチ等があったり日帰り入湯出来るシステムがあればと思いました。外観とは違い室内がとても綺麗だったのとレストランが良いのにこのお値段はとても良かったのでまた来たいと思いましたが11月で一度休館との事残念に思います。色々改善して頑張って頂きたいです！
