Park Hotel Miyabitei

Lots of tourists don’t have manor in the public bath. They don’t tell them rules. A lady stand in the middle of the onsen and start to doing exercises. I don’t want to see that while we are all naked. They are loud too. During the onsen and in the morning on the hallway.

Staff was very friendly, professional and accomodating. Instructions were clear. Our room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great. Would love to visit again!

In love with Noribetsu, so staying here was a no biggie. The place is nice and the room is big. This place was a non-smoking friendly and true compare to another hotel I have stayed last year in Noribetsu where i requested for a non-smoking room to only get a smoking room. The only thing I wish was different is for the meal to change on a daily base, because you will be eating the same breakfast and dinner everyday.

Noboribetsu onset area not a big area and everything is walkable but nice that the hotel location is a little off to side of main centre. The onsen baths of the hotel were great!

Buffet dinner and breakfast were tasty with food options for everyone. Walkable to Jigokudani Vally, Oyunuma Footbath. Building and rooms are dated and appearing worn.

Room is big, very near to Hell Valley, Demon Shrine and natural foot bath. But hotel design and facilities are dated, shower curtain have stains, there are no usb sockets for charging.

Older property. Rooms can use a few upgrades. Very comfortable for overnight stay

Horrible experience that I can’t get on internet after entering the hotel code and password to book my bus ride to airport the next day! The front desk gentleman staff told me that they did have that problem. Why not fix it!

Internet is terribly not working inside this hotel. It’s horrible that I cannot get on internet after entering the given code and password. I reported this problem to the front desk staff and asked for help, but the staff told me that it had been like this in their hotel. I don’t understand why the hotel knows this problem, but they don’t fix it. This is not like in Japan!

If you're taking the NA bus, the bus stops about 1 min walking distance to the hotel. Convenient and excellent food. Enjoyed my stay there and will definitely return!

The hotel was quite old and not the cleanest. The food options for breakfast and dinner were good but did not change during our stay. Breakfast ended a little too early for our liking.

The Onsen is wonderful!!

Great onsen, large selection of food.and friendly team. Only problem is it was very hot and dry in the night.

This is a very, very Japanese property, a three star hotel, catering basically to just Japanese tourists and occasional tour groups from China and Korea. It is really not meant for tourists from say, Europe or the United States, unless one is adventurous. The property is very old and dated, with manual key locks for the door (one key is given), a manual key lock for the room safes, and as noted in previous reviews, it could be a little cleaner. The beds are uncomfortable, with one hard, small pillow provided. However, the plus side, the onsen hot spring baths on the bottom floors were great, with many amenities provided, such as different soaps, grooming aids etc. Also the hotel serves huge, excellent buffet breakfasts and dinners, all included in the room price. The quantities of food were copious, the choices ample and the quality was superb. But, again keeping with the serious Japanese flavor of this hotel, only chop sticks are provided (no forks and knives). This was no problem for us as we know how to eat with chop sticks, but for those who don't this could be a problem. The hotel is just a ten minute walk from "Hell Valley" and the entrance to the extraordinary national park. So, this hotel is a mixed bag. Would we stay there again? Maybe, since we know what it's about.

Convenient location, good onsen, delicious food, friendly staff.

Overall is okay! Lots of group travelers. The room price includes dinner and breakfast buffet, which are so-so quality though. One good thing is that it only took 500yen to take shuttle to Sapporo TV tower if you reserve ahead of time with the hotel.

Donan Bus from Sapporo Station (ESTA) leave at 13.40pm(1 trip per day.) reach door step of Hotel. Daily bus to Lake Toya from bus stop from opposite. 10 mins walk to Jigokudani (Hell Valley)

Really nice ryokan. Rooms were big and spaciohs nice view of the mountains although dated. Dinner had many good options crab, sashimi, various noodles, fresh cut melon etc. Breakfast also good. The onsen was spacious and clean very nice. Direct bus stop in front close to all attractions within walking distance.

We had a great stay. The dinner buffet was excellent, especially the crabs and the very tender steak. The hot springs were awesome with different baths temperatures. The room was simple but had all the amenities. I loved the fact thst you were able to open the windows completely. All the staff was very friendly. The only think we did not like was the pillow. It would have been nice to have a choice of different pillows.
