The hotel is very accommodating and the staff are friendly and understand English very well. Love that they also give complimentary drinks at a certain time at the hotel lounge.

Second time staying here, next time will definitely come back, delicious food, spacious hotel room, in front of the hotel there is a Lawson, going to/from the airport is just in front of the hotel by limousine bus which can be helped to buy at the hotel reception.

The room was very spacious and the beds comfortable. The parking was only ¥1000 part night and very convenient. The breakfast buffet is recommended.

What a gem of a hotel. Large, comfortable and clean rooms, exquisiteJapanese restaurant within, and warm, welcoming and friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location is great as it's walkable to the city center. There is a lawson across the street, 2nd floor has vending and ice machines and a microwave. Only issue is that it's older so you can sometimes hear people stomping about in the room above. Great price for the stay and there is a bus stop outside if you prefer that over taking a taxi. Taxi both to and from the hotel from New Chitose airport was $100+ USD each trip.
