Quintessa Hotel Iseshima

Everything was exceptionally good given that the pricing was reasonable. I especially liked the parking which is huge and parked in and out at your convenience. The room was spacious and the bathtub was quite big. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and choices. However, the wifi was a bit slow and the curtain was not dark enough to block yeh sunlight.

It was inconvenient that parking could not be freely chosen.

Will use again.

I'd avoid this place if you can. Booked a non smoking room but had a weird smell and it wasn't cleaned properly as there was bunch of stuff below the beds, looked like some sort of sex toys which was is very disgusting. The town is a beautiful place and many activities so we decided to stay an extra night. We we're asked to change rooms if we were to stay the extra night so we said no problem. If I was travelling by myself, I would have checked out after the first night but I was here with a small group so we were along for the ride. When we we're paying for the extra night, we were accused that we smoked in the room, we are non smokers so we we're pretty baffled from that. Long conversation with the front desk explaining this to avoid the "extra cleaning charge" Unfortunately we we're here on a long weekend so other hotels we're fully so had no choice but to stay the here. I'm not sure if they're struggling so trying to get a few extra yen out of us but this was very disappointed, especially for a hotel in Japan.

Overall is good and clean enough. Hotel Wifi is weak, barely works.

The hotel is clean enough with spacious room space. Staff was accomodating. Convenient parking. Breakfast was ok. Overall is good.

The hotel and staff were great. They provided transportation to and from the train station. Their breakfast buffet was delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was that the restaurants were not open for dinner. But there was a great okonomiyaki restaurant close by and a convenience store.

ルームキーは2つほしい

周りに飲食店が少なく、営業時間も長く無かったので、最終的にコンビニ弁当を購入。今回の旅行は、そのケースが多くて、コンビニにお世話になりました。 ホテルの食事を利用するのも考えたのですが、ホテルに着く時間の目処が立たなかったのが理由で、予約の時に申し込みませんでした。でもその選択は間違って無かったと思います。殆ど到着が遅かったので…ホテルの部屋は広く、快適でした。朝食も美味しかったです。

朝食は三重の名物が揃っていてとても期待しましたが、味がそこまで感動は無かったです。 おにぎりのお米もそこまで旨味を感じることなく普通のおにぎりでした。 どれか１つでも特化していたらまた食べたいって思うけど値段の割にお味はイマイチというところです。感動はありませんでした。

最寄駅から徒歩圏内で、立地は良いです(送迎バスがあるようです)。 受付の方も大変感じが良かったです。 また、夕食の相談をしたところ、ちょうど送迎のタイミングと合い、バスで駅まで乗せていただきました。オススメのお店も教えていただき大変助かりました。 ホテル自体は清潔で、大浴場も広く、リーズナブルに宿泊でき、大変満足です。アイスのサービスも嬉しいです。 今回は宿泊のみでしたが、検討している方がいましたらおすすめです。

部屋の電気が暗すぎて怖いと一緒に泊まった孫が言っていました。 客室なのでもう少し明るさを出した方が良いです。

朝食ブュッフェは、種類が多く、補充も十分にされていました。 味も良かった。 温めただけのレトルト食品ではなく、どれもちゃんと調理された料理だと感じました。 ベッドやベッドサイドの古い機材など、古いホテルをリノベーションしたこと（レトロ）を感じてしまいまう部分はありました。 しかし、廊下、エレベーターホール、室内は、清潔・綺麗に保たれていて、新しいエアコンが設置され、空気清浄機も設置されており、コストから考えても評価は高いです。 7階に宿泊しましたが、水圧も◎。ちゃんとした勢いで出ます！ スタッフは、研修中の人が多かったため、評価は難しい。保留。
