Quintessa Hotel Iseshima

All of staff were very helpful.

I'd avoid this place if you can. Booked a non smoking room but had a weird smell and it wasn't cleaned properly as there was bunch of stuff below the beds, looked like some sort of sex toys which was is very disgusting. The town is a beautiful place and many activities so we decided to stay an extra night. We we're asked to change rooms if we were to stay the extra night so we said no problem. If I was travelling by myself, I would have checked out after the first night but I was here with a small group so we were along for the ride. When we we're paying for the extra night, we were accused that we smoked in the room, we are non smokers so we we're pretty baffled from that. Long conversation with the front desk explaining this to avoid the "extra cleaning charge" Unfortunately we we're here on a long weekend so other hotels we're fully so had no choice but to stay the here. I'm not sure if they're struggling so trying to get a few extra yen out of us but this was very disappointed, especially for a hotel in Japan.

Overall is good and clean enough. Hotel Wifi is weak, barely works.

The hotel is clean enough with spacious room space. Staff was accomodating. Convenient parking. Breakfast was ok. Overall is good.

The hotel and staff were great. They provided transportation to and from the train station. Their breakfast buffet was delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was that the restaurants were not open for dinner. But there was a great okonomiyaki restaurant close by and a convenience store.

Must have been a perfect hotel when it was built. Ok for the price we paid. Nothing fancy.

We were travelling from Ise to Katsuura and wanted to visit Ago Bay, which was just a short drive from the hotel. From what we saw in the area, it was one of the better hotels in the area. There are a few food places (i believe some are 24hours) and a convenience store in walking distance. The room was spacious compared to normal Japan hotels but abit old. Toilet was spacious and all amenities were provided. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff is very nice.The place is perfect to stay for every Traveler’s.

サウナの水風呂、良かったです。欲を言えば上がった後の椅子があると最高に良かったです。朝ご飯はとても良い、美味しかったです。 部屋は設備は少し古い普通のビジネスホテル並みで、隣の声は少し聞こえますが作り上しょうがないと思います。綺麗に清掃されています。

朝食が素晴らしいです。伊勢うどんにトンテキ

部屋にいても子供の走り回る音がうるさかった。

非常に綺麗なホテルで、フロントの対応も親切でした。また、スペイン村や駅までの送迎もあり助かりました。

ホテルの大きさに対し、お風呂の脱衣場の籠がとても少ないので、着替えるのに不便でした。 お隣のお部屋にお子さんがいるご家族だと賑やかで寝静まるまでうるさいなと感じました。 お風呂上がりのアイスが良かったですし、スタッフの方も対応が良かったので残念に感じました。 他の方も投稿されたように、徒歩圏内に夕食がとれるところがあるので夕食には困りませんでした。

男性の電話応対が悪いが価格は安いし 設備も問題は無い。全体的に綺麗で良いと思う 駐車場は余裕が無い。出入り口の傾斜がきついので 車高に余裕がない車は厳しそう 外食を頻繁にしているが、朝食のビュッフェは品数は多いが、どれも致命的に塩味が強すぎるのでかなり塩辛いのでお勧めはしない フロントの女性は感じが良く周辺の案内をしてくれた

全般的に良い施設と思いましたが、一点他の部屋から 音が漏れていたことが残念です。

清潔でコーヒー無料やアイス無料サービスがありとても充実している。
