The Randor staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location was also super convenient and walkable.

The room was very comfortable. A very comfortable bed with nice soft cotton sheets and a heavy cotton comforter. The jacuzzi tub was a great touch with unique features. The television was a smart tv so we could connect to Amazon and the kitchen was also helpful to have.

We have an outstanding experience here. The apartments are well furnished and were comfortable and clean. It’s very walkable as well. Just short distances on foot to the main arcade areas and if you don’t want to walk, there’s a tram stop nearby.
There’s also plenty of convenience stores and supermarkets nearby so you can make good use of the kitchen. Would stay in again.

Hotel is located in a quiet area less than 10 minutes away from Susukino station, with ample options for restaurants and convenience stores. Great value for the quality.

Conveniently located in the Susikino area close to transport and walking distance to many sights and restaurants. We got there early and left the luggage with the front counter; when we got back at 1500 for check in, they had delivered the luggage to our room. Room was enough for a family of four with two teenagers. Beds were firm but comfortable. Would recommend for its value.

The hotel is good for short stays and close enough walk to the main shopping street. There was quite a musty smell in the room when we first checked in but you can just open the windows or turn the air con in to air out the smell. There’s no room service so you’ll have to hand in your trash to the reception if you want it emptied and the front desk is only manned from the afternoon so keep that in mind. The showers was a surprise as it’s quite spacious. Overall for the price we paid, I think it’s an alright stay especially if you have a big group or if you want to be able to use a basic kitchen.
