The hotel was close to the Kyoto train station, which was very convenient. Staff were welcoming and were helpful when there was a room change. The rooms were clean and tidy.

We had a great stay here at the Rhiga Gran Hotel! The rooms were a nice size and clean! The staff is amazing too! We accidentally left some money in the safe and they messaged us to check to see if we were missing anything and we immediately forgot about the safe. I would recommend this hotel any day!

The room was spacious for 3 people. It was nice of them to open up another bed for our third person. They also added another amenities to provide our 3rd party. The bathroom and room were very clean and comfortable. Staff people were very helpful and spoke perfect English. Very close to the train station and there were a family Mart and a convenience store with bakeries which was great. Highly recommend staying here if you have 3 people, it was very comfortable.

My husband and I had a great first impression of this hotel. We enjoyed that it was in such a convenient location. It is also by the train station, so that was a plus. The staff was great. The hotel was very clean. We appreciated housekeeping daily. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.
