Great staff

The location, amenities, cleanliness and particularly staff were excellent. After my stay here in Tokyo I actually changed a booking in another location to a Sotetsu Hotel because I was so impressed with how my stay was in Tokyo

Great locations close to Kanda or Otemachi stations. Room is clean and in a quiet area. We had a good stay.

I would recommend to stay! It’s so conveniently located - easily subwayable and only 3 min walk to Kanda station. Small rooms but they were clean and bed was comfy

Very near Kanda station. A short walk to lots of restaurants. Very near Lawsons/convenient stores. Rooms are clean but sofa needs updating/re-upholstered. Kind front desk staff. I requested my rooms to be booked on the same floor but they werent able to accommodate.

Good location. Close to train stations and restaurants. Room was comfortable and decently sized.

Easy check in. Very clean room and bathroom. They provide supplies of tooth brush/paste, face mask, lotions, body towels, brushes, etc. in the lobby that is easily accessible to grab more when needed. The location is walkable to the Imperial Palace and the Kanda station. We would stay here again!

Staffs are very nice. The hotel closes to train station and restaurants.

Great stay conveniently close to the train station. Nice selection of amentities available at the front desk and very nice staff. Rooms are quite small but that's typical of most places in Tokyo.

A business hotel located near Kanda Station. Bed was comfortable. Lots of free amenities like face masks, face wash, tooth brush, and different pillows.

Rooms were a tad bit on the smaller end but that is to be expected in Tokyo I guess. Apart from that everthing was great including the amazing breakfast.

Great hotel right near two major stations of the metro line! Hotel was clean, staff were extremely friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Area had many restaurants, convenient stores, activities, and felt safe. Would highly recommend staying here!

Anything that I like about this hotel has nothing to do with the hotel itself. My room was disgusting. Walls were filthy, even had a blood stain. Carpets old, dirty, and smelled terrible. Bathroom smelled like a combination of mould and warm poop. The colour of the decor was 1970s brown depressing. Just bad. On the plus side, firm bed and pillows, and unlimited amenities like bath soaps, creams, razors, coffee tea etc. And the Kanda surrounding area is fantastic. Centrally located to train and other parts of Tokyo. Staff was disappointing too. Felix was sweet, and Katsura is lovely and kind. But unfortunately, I feel Nicole rubbed me the wrong way. She asked overly personal questions about my background, and she speaks so loudly, which is unusual in soft-spoken Japan. Maybe she has a hearing problem. And generally, the staff did a terrible job with recommendations. I asked one male staff where to get good Japanese curry rice in the Kanda area, and instead of recommending one of the umpteen curry houses near the hotel, he told me "just don't go to a chain restaurant". Not helpful. Travellers are weary and jet lagged, far from home, and we want advice and recommendations and directions... And some passion for the neighbourhood. Anyways, goodbye Sotetsu. Never again. Canada’s largest network.

It is a typical Japanese business hotel with small rooms but it is very clean and in a great location, close to Kanda station and Tokyo station. There are many restaurants nearby.

This is the best option I could have done for my stay in Tokyo! Close to everything, walkable from the station; the staff was always so nice and helpful. The room actually had different mirrors, something that I missed a lot in other hotels after that.

Great budget hotel, just remember to grab a step so you can get into the bathroom easily.

Basic hotel with very clean rooms and common areas. The only issue I had with the hotel was the small pillow, better pillows can be rented from the hotel.
