Enjoyed our stay at Sotetsu Fresa. It was the end of our trip so I was relieved that they let us check in early. It seems rare in Japan. I liked that there was a small sitting area in our room and actually could seat two people. Breakfast was okay. Not as much choice as other hotels but was good. Looking forward to try other Sotetsu Hotels.

I usually do not write reviews but this hotel made me to share my positive experiences. The hotel is in great location that it close to stations, restaurants and shopping centers. The area is safe and quite, and the hotel is cleaned and organized. but the main points is the great customer service and the frindly staff. They will support and help customers for any issues or concerns. They helped me to fill out the luggage delivery application and made sure evrything is going well which it removed my stress. I strongly recommend this hotel to Tokyo visitors. Thank you Nicole for you help to handle our luggage delivery.

Great location near 2 train stations, convenience store close by. Restaurant attached to hotel. Lots of items for free (tea/coffee as well as little toiletries, tooth brush etc). Pajamas and pillow available by elevator. Rooms are super compact so not suitable if you have large suitcases or lots of luggage. Overall a great stay.

My bed wasn't clean enough in my first night there.. could see hair and some looks like scab on the bed..couldn't sleep well cuz my body felt itchy.. next day was better though but well.. And not enough bath towel ( only 1 and 1 small towel ) so had to go down to the front to get it

The room was small but well laid out. Luggage can be stored under the bed which helped with space. The window did not open at all, however. The breakfast was very good and changed on a daily basis during the week. There are 3 self-service laundry machines on the 3rd floor. There is a subway station close to the hotel as well as a bus stop. We used the bus to get to Ginkakuji (silver pavilion) and then walked back through the temple areas to Kiyomizu-dera. We then walked back to the hotel.

The place exceeded my expectations. Very clean and spacious. The staff was very polite and professionally. The hotel is near a train station and many places to eat and bar hopping if you are in the mood. We highly recommend this place and the price point wss excellent.
