This was the last hotel we stayed in during our trip to Tokyo this time, where it is located in the bustling and highly popular shopping district Ginza and walking distance from Higashi-Ginza station. The hotel itself is very modern using keypads for the room door (instead of cards so we did not have to bring these cards everywhere). But we booked the standard room which turned out to be small and inconvenient for us with two mid-sized luggage. The lobby is very modern and they also provided free pillows that were useful for us since the ones in the room were too stiff. The bathroom was good enough and the hotel has its own natural hot spring on the 2nd and 3rd floor (separated for men and women), which would be a nice experience if you are willing to try. Last but not least, for us to return to Narita airport was very easy as we could go to entrance A1 of the station where we could straight to the airport without having to transfer.

Ginza one of the prime location to stay in Tokyo so that’s the price to pay. Great hotel and staff, must purchase the breakfast with it, well worth It. Hotel is kinda small compare to US size but that’s something we can compensate. Great location walkable to lots of restaurant and shopping safe and quiet at night but still feel the city love style. Staff are excellent definitely can communicate with English. Right outside the subway entry is a huge plus. Definitely will come back again

I’m glad I found this hotel. The location is excellent, with access to Higashi-Ginza Station just steps away. The room was small, as expected for Tokyo, but it was clean, modern, and comfortable for my week-long stay. One unexpected side effect of being so close to the station was that the first train each morning essentially became my alarm clock. I appreciated the daily replenishment of towels, water bottles, and toothbrushes. The staff was helpful throughout my stay, and the laundry facilities, though small, worked well and were convenient to have available. My only real complaint is that the hotel has just one elevator. During busy times, especially when housekeeping is working, wait times can become fairly long. In those situations, it was often easier to use the fire escape stairs. To be fair, the hotel does warn guests about this in advance. Even with the elevator situation, I really enjoyed my stay and would plan to stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

Amazing location. Super close to a metro station. Very easy to get to places. Staff were very nice and very polite. The hotel provides different firmness of pillows and also pj. Breakfast was really good. I love the daily mini open bar. Onsen was a nice amenity to have. The only downside is that the room was kind of small. Overall a very good hotel. Would stay again!

Ginza location was convenient, lots of shopping and a 15-20min walk to Tokyo station. Room was simple and functional with comfortable beds. No real room for much other that sleeping. Breakfast was decent, if you can get it included, I wouldn’t pay extra for it.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was made up to accommodate 2 people side by side instead of bunk beds, which i appreciated. The toiletries and amenities were exceptional and plentiful and a wonderful quality. The location of the train station out front is extremely convenient. The neighborhood is my favorite in Tokyo. Of the three hotels and the three areas that we stayed while in Japan This hotel and this stay was my favorite.

Breakfast. You must tell them the day before what is your choice and at what time you will be at your table between 6am and 8:45 am. One choice is a delicious bento box, but not available before 6:30am. We got breakfast at the first morning. Later we decided to find more flexibility and explore for other options.
