Great value for money and close to the station.Staff very helpful

Don't expect too much as you are paying for what you get. Relatively old building. It's comfortable and location wise near JR station and close to morning market.

Super old and tiny.. stayed in much cheap hotel in japan but this is the smallest oldest but not the cheapest.. price doesnt proportion to the quality of the hotel.

Highly recommended to try this budget friendly hotel. Eventhough rooms are small but they are clean & well-maintained, besides you don't expect to have a big room for its price. The location is excellent, within few steps from main train station & morning market. Staff are very friendly & helpful

Room is small, bathroom is small, fell no room to move. Otherwise, all good.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Hakodate Station, and it's on a side road of the main road directly leads to the station - very convenience. The morning market is just next to the station too. Room condition is average, but not too small for us. Overall, value for money.

It’s an old place. Small room locked by key (not card). Not like a ‘hotel’.

The room was spacious - unusually large for a Japanese hotel. It's very close to the train station, with lots of restaurants and convenience stores in within a minute or two walk.

Too Smelly cigarette and not reasonable price.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were great value. You can't complain at 4500 yen for 2 rooms.

Nice central hotel close to JR station. Comfortable beds, good value. Helpful employees, they were able to hold my luggage for the day after checking out.

Small room, tidy but close to JR station and toursit attractions.

Hotel staffs wasn’t helpful, couldn’t converse well even in simple English. Room is old but cleanliness is acceptable. Nice guesture of leaving a welcome note on the table, good for short term stay. I left my apple charger in the room before I leave for tokyo. On that day, I asked my Friend who can speak fluent Japanese to call and check with the hotel. Called multiple times, no one wants to assist. 3 days later, the staffs told me is not at the hotel room but I’m pretty sure I left it behind in their hotel. did not get immediate assistance when help is needed. Poor customer service and unpleasant experience I received from this hotel. Very disappointed.

Ok stay for a night if you don’t plan most of ur trip in the hotel. The building and room are slightly dated and have grayish atmosphere. It is quite odd for me to have bathroom wall against bed head. The location is quite good - close to the station.
