The Busena Terrace

Hotel was fantastic. I didn't find any issues. All services were great and I will definitely come back again. Thank you.

The hotel grounds were amazing. We had a terrace room, that was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. We ate in most of the hotel's restaurants, and they were good but not great. Overall I would stay there again.

Despite of vacant rooms our rooms were not upgraded. The term said that the rooms would be upgraded with available rooms.

Could not be more grateful to have spent time at this amazing hotel. My best experience ever at a hotel!!! Everything was exceptional and the staff is great if not the best in the world. That is not hyperbole. What a wonderful place. I feel recharged, relaxed, and healed after spending time at the Busena Hotel in Nago. Top shelf!

Absolutely stunning view of the beach. The staff were committed to making our stay the best that it could be. They made our honeymoon feel truly special and we are forever grateful.

Great location with beach access. Very clean and excellent service. The big downside is the extremely slow internet speed in the evening hours, basically dial-up speed which is not acceptable for a 5star hotel.

The property is very nice and clean and the staff is exceptional but it's not a 5 star hotel. The pools and beach swim area close around 5 and the restaurants are exceptionally expensive even for a resort. The most beautiful beach is in front of this hotel and you are allowed to swim in 10% of it. The rest of the beach is dedicated to jet ski traffic. This is insane. Also don't expect drink or food service by the pool. This doesn't exist here.

직원들의 친절도는 어디하나 모자람이 없을 정도로 완벽하였습니다. 호텔로비와 정원..수영장..그리고 사우나등 최신식은 아니지만 관리가 정말 잘되어있고..오히려 신상 호텔보다 멋스러움이 배가 되는 느낌이 들었습니다. 오키나와를 다시 오게 되어도 꼭 부세나 테라스에 다시 머물고 싶습니다.

Best sunset views and wonderful staff

많은 숙박인원이 몰렸던 시기에 체크인 했습니다. 체크인 과정이 예전에 이루어졌던 편안하고 여유로운 분위기가 되지 못했습니다. 많은 인원이 몰리는 상황에 대한 대처는 확실히 미흡했습니다. 내부 풀장도 인원이 많아서 썬베드가 모자란 상황이 나타났습니다. 확실히 과거에 누렸던 여유로운 분위기는 아니었습니다.

Good sunset view and nice & clean facilities. The problem for this luxury hotel resort is the mind of hotel management who does not have much experience exploring other world resort. Most of facility close down at 18:00 (beach on 17::00, swimming pool on 18:00, even fitness room on 19:00). I booked this resort at Okinawa (after several days tour) through Expedia (with good recommendation) so this pricy resort should be deserve... but nowhere to go in this resort (after sun goes down) because all outdoor facilities closed down. Very funny... it feels like client should enjoy day-time hot weather and then go to room after 18:00 (they do not like to work after 18:00) at holiday resort. So I was wandering around outside hotel (after breakfast) whole day (i do not want to be locked in outdoor pool on hot weather day and the beach in front is also limited to use (with buoy line - no fish in there) for public beach and back to Terrace hotel after 20:00 because i knew nothing in there after 18:00. Very terrible experience... most of hotel guest is Japanese, Taiwanese and Korean. Can't understand they do not complain about this kind ridiculous operation time. Hotel management should think it over (below operation time): - Beach swimming (06:00 - 18:00 : it is very small limited space so it maybe until sunset) - Indoor, out door pool (07:00 - 22:00 : better to be 23:00) - Fitness room (it should be 24 hours open. Now 09:00 - 17:00 Are you kidding me ??)

Amazing hotel that i ever visited

Beautiful property! Plenty of available beach and pool chairs, stunning views from our ocean front room, delicious buffet breakfast. Would have liked to have better options with the gym - such as more equipment aside from the cardio machines and for it to be open 24hrs.

We had an incredible stay at Busena Terrace and would certainly come stay again and recommend to anyone. We are a family of 4 with two teenagers so we booked two sea view rooms. The rooms had amazing views and a small terrace. Large size rooms with a generous size bathroom. Nice sprawling facilities with two great outdoor pools and an indoor pool as well as a beach area with beach nets to keep out jellyfish. Location of the property was great for island exploring which allowed us to get to the Aquarium and to several important historical and military sites as well as Naha. Also, the hotel had good food options on site (on the pricier side) and had good food options nearby with a 5-10 minute cab ride or 25 minute walk away (with easy/safe sidewalks). The highlight was a super helpful staff with special mention to Ohashi. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a really pleasant stay; this included finding and helping us make reservations for dinner each night as well as arranging a driver one day to see a bunch of sites, as well as booking two different snorkeling tours (one to Minna island and one closer to the hotel). We and the kids loved the Minna island trip so much that we immediately booked a skin diving trip for our second to last day! While the staff had limited understanding of English, we made good use of translation devices to communicate and they were more than patient and accommodating! Highly recommend!

This is just not the service I would have expected from a resort of this type anywhere else in the world. Virtually no poolside service. And almost entirely “Western-feel.” We selected it based upon the other reviews we read, but I would not stay here again.
