The Busena Terrace

Spent our honeymoon here and it was fantastic! All the staff are so amazing and friendly, thank you for making our stay so special. The resort itself is stunning and a nice piece of paradise. Would definitely come back and stay

Fantastic stay if you have ZERO tattoos. A simple flower tattoo on your leg will get you thrown out of the pool and they will tell you not to go on the beach as well. Usually hotels provide bandaid like covers - like Disney Tokyo. While the hotel is lovely to look at it makes it hard to enjoy when you don’t have the appropriate cover for your ankle tattoo. You can walk around in as skimpy of a swimsuit as you want in the lobby but a tattoo will be the end all? Food was over priced for what it was. The steakhouse is $250 USD a person. Staff was very friendly minus enforcing hotel rules that are potentially outdated - even for Japan. The hotel did not confirm our hotels.com email requesting a tour and booked it without confirming then cancelled. Would have been helpful if they responded in the email/app. Your potential hotels.com credit will only work in the restaurants,not room. Gorgeous views from the superior room! Live music every night in a few places - sax and piano. The cafe had a cute tea and reasonably priced pina coladas. Red wine selection is limited. Potential typhoon cancelled most water sports outside of the pool so keep that in mind if one is expected during your stay. Great AC in rooms. Mini fridge is stocked with beer, water and some snacks. Buffet breakfast was large and had a great selection of local and universal breakfast items. Kid friendly food selections. Quiet enough for couples. If you are between this one and Monterey - just go with Monterey.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the view from the room was absolutely wonderful. However, it was a bit disappointing that there wasn't enough information about the shuttle bus schedule at the bus stop, which caused some inconvenience.

Staff extremely polite and makes an effort to communicate in English using translation app. Enjoyed the pools, slide and the onsen. Breakfast buffet highly recommended when staying at this hotel. We really enjoyed the variety. Loved the butler service and the valet parking was very good! Although it is a beach front hotel, we never got a chance to swim in mid May due to low tide. There is a very small area that is roped off for guests to swim. Very disappointed that we never got to swim at the beach. We only enjoyed the view from the room.

Friendly and courteous staff, housekeeping very forthcoming and service-oriented. Room absolutely clean, amenities have been replenished every day. Beach with wonderful water close to the Hotel ; Beach itself clean and in good condition. Hotel facility well maintained with beautiful flowers and palm trees.

가족 기념일을 위해서 예약한 숙소였고, 기대했던 만큼 깨끗한 객실, 객실에서 보이는 멋진 오션뷰, 잘 관리된 아름다운 정원, 인상적인 로비의 전경, 친절한 직원들에 대하여 아주 만족한 숙박이었습니다. 다만 아쉬웠던 점은 객실 내에서 나는 특이한 냄새가 고급호텔에 어울리는 냄새가 아니었어요.(저는 9층에 있는 오션뷰 룸에서 지냈습니다) 그리고 실내수영장 이용 시, 타올에서 너무 불쾌한 냄새가 났습니다. 이 부분만 보완되면 더욱 좋은 호텔이 될 수 있을 것 같습니다. 다음에 오키나와에 다시 간다면 또 이용하고 싶어요.

The hotel grounds were amazing. We had a terrace room, that was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. We ate in most of the hotel's restaurants, and they were good but not great. Overall I would stay there again.

Despite of vacant rooms our rooms were not upgraded. The term said that the rooms would be upgraded with available rooms.

Could not be more grateful to have spent time at this amazing hotel. My best experience ever at a hotel!!! Everything was exceptional and the staff is great if not the best in the world. That is not hyperbole. What a wonderful place. I feel recharged, relaxed, and healed after spending time at the Busena Hotel in Nago. Top shelf!

Absolutely stunning view of the beach. The staff were committed to making our stay the best that it could be. They made our honeymoon feel truly special and we are forever grateful.

Great location with beach access. Very clean and excellent service. The big downside is the extremely slow internet speed in the evening hours, basically dial-up speed which is not acceptable for a 5star hotel.

The property is very nice and clean and the staff is exceptional but it's not a 5 star hotel. The pools and beach swim area close around 5 and the restaurants are exceptionally expensive even for a resort. The most beautiful beach is in front of this hotel and you are allowed to swim in 10% of it. The rest of the beach is dedicated to jet ski traffic. This is insane. Also don't expect drink or food service by the pool. This doesn't exist here.
