What Guests Say About Their Stay

We loved the stay here. I booked accidentally for 1 pax. They helped to rectify it. The amenities were great. We also called in housekeeping on day 3 to tidy our room up. The hotel has a washer and a dryer and detergent which can be purchased for use. We love the 2-11pm minibar of drinks and ice lollies

Very nice stay overall with a clean and comfortable room. The property was well kept and made for a pleasant experience. The housekeeping team did an excellent job. They were reliable, kept the room very clean, and provided fresh towels every day, which made the stay even more comfortable. However, one interaction with a staff member stood out. When I asked about luggage handling, he became a bit impatient and told me to refer to the website. I understand the information may be available there, but as a guest, I wouldn’t be asking if it were already clear to me. It wasn’t the most helpful response, especially for travelers who may need a bit more guidance.

Great hotel and great amenities. Free hot drinks and soft drinks after 2pm each day plus icy poles. Having a laundry was very convenient and a communal microwave if you bought food that needed heating. Good location as well.

Always my go-to accomodation when I’m in Osaka. Everything is GREAT! Location is the best- just a few steps away from the Crysta underground train entrance. Room size is standard Japanese, but very clean and well-kept. Amenities well provided. The free unlimited coffee from 6-11am, and free unlimited assorted drinks and ice cream from 2-11pm is a great treat for all guests. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Good location right next to the station and walking distance to shinsaibashi. Didnt feel very clean. You have to request room cleaning when you want it otherwise they dont do it. The bathroom smelled moldy and i noticed a dust layer would build up on my ipad screen each morning. Although the linen was clean, the pillows were very uncomfortable.
