Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau

Check in and out was very efficient, and we liked that it was a non casino hotel (sands is right door). The area is quite quiet, but convenient to walk around. The only downside was the smoking smell along the room floor corridors. The room itself was OK.

Old world charm , colonial era flavor . Clean , organized but aged . Staffs are courteous and a very helpful, insight is old, but clean, the restaurant is well kept and the serve nice food, breakfast buffet is not luxurious but tasty and acceptable. Sand casino is next door so you can take advantage of their free shuttles , a separate medium size free shuttle also stop at the front of this hotel but not as frequent and it doesn’t run into late of the night. I took it to Macau tower for seafood buffet , but had to come back on taxi because it doesn’t run after 9pm . Anyway, it offers a refreshing atmosphere from the downtown congested casino environment like Londoner and the Wynns . I definitely will stay here again to explore the older Macau .

There was a big tour group staying and they were extremely noisy. Shouting from one room to another.

Very attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional-early check-in, concierge services and booking an amazing dinner at a local Portuguese Restaurant Baia/Cafe Lisboa. A 5 star hotel in every sense of the word. We look forward to returning to this magnificent property.

The room was always in excellent condition. The housekeeping team made sure that everything was in order. Please convey my many thanks to Ariel and another filipino member of your concierge team who assisted us in finding our way around Macau. They made suggestions as to where to visit and find local delicacies. It is reassuring that they gave positive comments about your hotel and Macau. In general your staff made me and my wife feel welcomed. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Great and spacious rooms, nice breakfast buffet. We had a connection room and the people in the room next door were so noisy in the middle of the night, which was annoying. Other than that, it‘s a really nice and luxurious hotel.

Excellent

The Artyzen Hotel is a classic five-star establishment that exudes timeless elegance. The ambiance is serene and comfortable, with tastefully refined decor that reflects sophistication. The dining experience was exceptional, with high-quality ingredients and impressive culinary offerings. However, one minor drawback was a mattress in our room that had a faulty spring, causing slight noise when turning, which affected sleep quality. Overall, a delightful stay with a touch of classic luxury.

This hotel never disappoints! It has excellent service, a beautiful interior and also a lovely pool for the kids. My room was perfect in every way and the staff were extremely welcoming and attentive It's also a minute's walk to Sands Casino where, apart from the Casino, you can find free shuttle buses that can take you and your family all over Macau.

The location was fantastic, making it convenient to explore the old Macau city. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The facilities were great and offer everything that I need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the property was excellent and ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment throughout my stay.

Relaxing

Staff is nice enough to upgrade us to the ocean view. Only issue is some part of the hotel and room are a bit under maintenance.

lovely stay once again! this time I brought my whole family along. the hotel was so nice to have prepared a welcome spread of yummy Portuguese wine and almond cookies and fruit platter, with a handwritten welcome card too~ I feel very special and welcome. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. the fruits were even replenished daily and that was really sweet of them. will surely return again and try the spas and their high tea! only thing that i'd like to feedback is the beds are too soft so if they can have the option of a harder bed topper, it would be great! also love that they started a shuttle service to get to the HKZM bridge so i can go back conveniently especially since i am flying back from HK instead of Macau this time round. The staff are wonderful. Doormen are very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff Brittany was very meticulous and checked the info for us for fear that we'd face complications for our returning flight. Ariel helped us to settle in nicely as well. I am super happy that I chose to come back to Artyzen :)
