The receptionist gave me the room early, that's great, thank you so much.
The location is superb in Bukit Bintang, very close to Alor street, Pavilion, monorel station, MRT, foods, etc. Mon Chinese Bread is just in front of the hotel. There's live music near the hotel at night.
The room was great, spacious, clean, quiet, with complete amenities and a hairdryer too. There's an iron in the corner.
There's "nasi lemak Alor corner" in the morning in front of the hotel.

The location is perfect, right next to the LRT station. The room is on the top floor, so you can get a city view. The room is clean, tidy, and well-maintained. As described, there is a cooler, wash & dry machine, steam iron, complete amenities, cutlery, towels, etc. Service is just a WhatsApp message away, no foreign tax, no deposit. The room was clean and spacious, perfectly suitable for a couple, with toiletries and a mini fridge provided. The location is excellent, easily accessible to public transportation at KL Sentral and close to many tourist attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and minimarts within walking distance. A deposit of RM50 was required upon my check-in on 28/8/2025, but since I didn’t have cash at the time, the staff was very helpful and understanding. She kindly reminded me to ensure the hotel access card was returned upon check-out.

A very clean, practical hotel. Starbucks is right at ground floor. Price is value for money. Location very good and convenient right beside Pavillion Mall. The rooms are spacious and has a sofa bed which actually is very comfortable and relaxing. Service is friendly and very professional. Will definitely come back to stay in Hyatt Place for my next visit to KL
