Bathroom lamp was broken so take shower in a dark. I book a superior room with two bed but both got stain. The blanket was not replace. One has so many hair attach to it and the other one was stink. I use a towel as a blanket for whole night. If you stay with kids i highly not recommend because very noisy at night karoake bar infront & behind the hotel.

Jauh dari bandar kota kinabalu, malam tidur sangat bising bunyi muzik mengganggu orang rest. Nak sampai hotel kena maik tangga, tombol pintu tandas patah tidak diganti. Mujur tangan xluka. Biasalah hotel budget.

Affordable Room rates, location nearby Icon steamboat, Janet massage Center, Bistro & Pubs just around the corner, groceries shop just a few minutes away, more than 3 mamak shops jus few blocks from hotel, 3 pharmacies available, 4 minutes from Jawa Food restaurant (Warung Baroka), 5 minutes from jpj mosque (Baiturrahman), e hailing services available, you can order Grab Food, Panda Food, for more choices of food delivery menus. Wifi available, Iron, Mineral Water can ask the reception to provide assistant, Minus Fact: Unique front Door, need to close slowly, they are using spring door, only one water dispenser at the 2nd floor, this hotel overall facilities need a gradual@ timely maintenance, to cater the comfort of hotel services, such as Clean Air Condition, Functional Water Heater, repair the defective ceiling, change the old and unpleasant curtain, only one Door Card Provided, TV channel and Antenna very Poor, Not Enough Socket for HP/Laptop Charging (Just use the TV socket for Charging), others try book and check in for one night, and share the experience.

The room is not very clean, there is hair on the floor. There is WiFi, but ask at the counter, they say the line is not strong, the password is not shared. There is a shower, but the toilet is outside the room, if you want to defecate, you have to use the outside toilet. There is a TV but can't turn it on, all the plugs have been unplugged. There is a blanket but on the shelf, not sure if it can be used or not, not sure if the blanket is clean or not. Even the tissues are not shared, the existing tissues are left behind by the previous occupants. There was a knocking sound from the moment we entered the room, from evening to night the knocking sound did not stop, quite disturbing our rest.

There was no slipper provided in the room so, I borrow the Hotel Staff Slipper while he was sleeping. Upon check out, I returned back his slipper but then the Male Staff was very angry and make rude remarks to me. He should be grateful that I sincerely return his slipper and apologized for borrowing his slipper. But his attitude was nasty. Oh, sorry for borrowing your slipper while you sleeping!

Staff was good and friendly. Room smells just like someone smoking inside before check out. Room towel? I suggest don't use it. Horrible. Smells bad like my friends feet after a long day working. Yeah I know the price is cheap. And what to expect from that price, but at least, smelly room and towel?
