Everytime I travel Kota Kinabalu I choose to stay this service apartment because it 's near to shopping mall but this time I feel abit disappointed, the room I checking is DISSATISFIED, the bed is not that clean I think or never been change the bed sheet and pillow case, because I feel itchy when I sleep on the bed and got some smell🫤and decoration noises beside my room 😵 ‍ 💫 hope the management will make some improvement for my coming trip thank you.

Good location and the staffs are friendly. Shower is running slow. The water is sometime hot and cold. No mirror in the room. The carpet at walk way is smelly and the breakfast is disappointing.

So frustrated. Checking in late because flight got delayed but then still got this kind of room. Unattended. Looks like somebody else just got out of this room right bfr I checked in without room service at all. Not recommended at all. Luckily I'm just staying here for a night bfr I can check in to another hotel. Yes it's cheap but still not worth it. Rm100 for a night in this condition is so frustrating.

The good - Breakfast in average was good. Fried bihun was good. Check in process was smooth and very swift. Staff are friendly. Price wise is quite cheap as compared to other hotels. Great location. Parking is ample. The hotel condition is acceptable with areas for improvement. Room is spacious and the best thing was all rooms has bath-tub. Room wasn't using carpet, which is great. Air conditioner in the room was even better than most hotel I went, as the controller actually works! The not so good - The hotel is a bit run down, and most of the facilities are due for replacement. The key lock on my door was not tight. Wifi was not stable. The bath have no stopper (which they replace immediately upon request). The linen was very old, and the curtain already critically worn out and needs to be replaced. Breakfast, even it was good, can be improved. Food was being top up immediately, no one man the egg station and most tables don't have silverwares unless you request it (we come for breakfast at 9am). No plain water as beverages option. Swimming pool closed at 6pm, which is too early.

Good location, but untrustworthy, irresponsible and unfriendly staff. We booked 4 rooms but only 2 rooms in good condition, another 2 rooms the toilet door spoiled & AC no working, promised to come to service but until we check out the AC still remain the same, hope they can improve their services and facilities or else nobody will come in the future.

Looking for simple, easy, clean hotel with affordable price for a one or two nights stay, you can stay here. Convenient for me as it is near to the event location and other places. They have ample parking space too especially for big cars.
