We reserve the rights to remove guests without refund and contact relevant authorities if we suspect such activities. - Smoking inside our unit, including the balcony and any restricted areas in the building is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We will not hesitate to apply a RM200 restoration charge for doing such activities. - No Durian and Mangosteen is allowed in the building. Restoration charge of RM200 applicable in offence. - Follow the rules of building facilities and respect other users when using the common areas and facilities of the building. We are responsible hosts who respect our neighbours, and we require our guests to do the same. Penalty of RM50 applicable in offence of building rules displayed in the building. - Trash are required to be disposed of as per instructed by the host or as instruction displayed in the trash room. Leaving trash in the corridor is not allowed. Penalty of RM50 applicable in offense. - Strictly no loud music and noise inside the unit or in common areas, especially after 2100 hours (9:00 pm). Penalty of RM50 applicable in offence. - If you have booked a shared unit, please clean up after yourself after using common areas. Penalty of RM50 applicable in offence. - We are not responsible for any belongings left behind after check out. Please take care of your belongings and valuables. For security reasons, our staff are trained to dispose of all guest belongings after check out if found, regardless of its value. - We welcome you to extend your stay with us by informing us AT LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE.
