I had a great experience during my short trip to KL. The locations are quite strategic near Chinatown and Bukit Bintang (only a few minutes to walk). The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room are clean. I arrived earlier and they allowed me to check in earlier. No deposit and only pay RM 10 for tourist tax. They show the direction of qibla and prepare a prayer mat inside of the room.

I stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was soft. The place wasn't crowded. The staff were friendly and polite, always willing to help when needed. The hotel is in a good location with nearby convenience stores. It's also easy to access since it's on the main road.

Comfortable, clean, strategic, cheap budget hotel, there is a microwave in the cafe that can be used, free drinking water refills too, there is an iron in the room hallway, friendly staff, right across from the Pudu Sentral station, to the MRT station is also close, you can walk, you can also walk to Masjid Jamek, Merdeka Square, Mydin, Petaling Street, there is Sevel near the hotel, basically if I go to KL again, I will stay there again! If you want to order breakfast at the hotel, you can also even if you book a room that does not include breakfast.

When we first checked in, we requested early check-in. We stayed for two days, and on the second day, the staff made sure we had plenty of drinking water. The staff was responsive when our child cried for a long time, ensuring nothing bad happened. When we wanted to leave, we booked a taxi through the hotel, and it arrived on time.

The hotel lobby is very nice and clean. I stayed on the 4th floor. As soon as I got out of the elevator, I could smell the smell of garbage in the hallway. There were no slippers in the room. There was no toiletries. the toilet smelled really bad hold time. my friend on the 11th floor, he said the toilet doesn't smell bad, but the hallway does. The breakfast was $12, but there was nothing, only fried noodles and bread, not even fried eggs. There were a lot of guests, but only 2 waiters (aslo cheft) couldn't handle it. The price is not cheap, it will be more reasonable if you improve the room to be cleaner and more fully equipped.

Thank God, I was lucky enough to find a pleasant budget hotel. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights... The hospitality staff were friendly and helpful, including Shimonmia at the front desk, Ismail, and others. I was allocated a 10-minute massage chair for one person, but they gave me and my wife a complimentary complimentary one... The location is great because it's right across from the Pudu Sentral bus station, making it easier to get to and from the airport, but you have to go up and down the bridge. Also, the exciting Chinatown area is only a 5-minute walk away. Don't forget the unique Kwai Chai Hong. To get to Bukit Bintang, like Sungei Wang Plaza, you can take an online taxi for only 6-7 ringgit! The breakfast menu isn't extensive, but the variety is good and everything is fresh. The menu changes every morning... I love your pumpkin soup and mushroom soup ❤️ We really enjoyed it! The bedroom was quite clean, and when we asked for it to be cleaned, we returned to a tidy and fragrant hotel. The room has a kettle with water, coffee, tea, and sugar. No worries when you need hot water. The cool thing is, there's an iron and a table in front of our room. The bathroom, though small, is incredibly cool and modern with gray tiles, a hot shower, and a sink. Thankfully, it's clean. What we love about this hotel is that our room has a prayer mat and a Qibla direction sign. The lobby even has a TV showing Quran recitations. If I have the fortune to come back to Malaysia someday, I'll come back to this hotel. I hope it maintains its good qualities.

The receptionist was very friendly and polite! He greeted us Muslims, making us feel at home. Check-in was also expedited, without waiting until 2 p.m., and the room was probably already ready. Thank you, Central City Hotel! I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends in Indonesia.

Staff was good. But unfortunately the room is not soundproof and the guest beside our room was very noisy, they keep talking until midnight. Very uncomfortable and we can’t rest properly. There is also stain in the towel.
