Clean. Good location, near Alor st and easy to get transportation from the hotel. The only downside is that there is no hangers or hooks to hang your clothes or towels in the washrooms or anywhere. There were like 2 hangers in the closets.

Hotel will collect a cash deposit of RM200 upon check in. It will be refund once we checked the room condition when check out. Hotel is in the midst of applying WiFi, so the room currently doesn't come with the internet. !! Free internet is available at the lobby lounge and Level 36 business lounge area. Building's carpark is autopay machine Car Pay Parking System. Parking rate will be a flat rate of RM5 per entry when validated at the concierge counter with the room key card.
With the current recovery phrase – until further notice, kindly refer below for our operation changes: *Check In Time: 3pm – 9pm (Check In is not available after 9pm).
Please note that all new bookings are to comply with firm and resolute action & SOP to follows by traveller/guest who are fully vaccinated. All guests are required to present their individual MySejahtera COVID-19 Risk Status and Screenshot of proof of Covid-19 Vaccination Digital Certificate as "Fully Vaccinated" at reception counter upon arrival. The management reserved the right to refuse check-in on guest(s) exhibiting symptoms or being flagged by MySejahtera contact tracing system. It's free, this hotel has a kitchen, microwave, electric stove and refrigerator too.. The price is worth it, everywhere is close if you walk, maybe 15 minutes to Bukit Bintang to Pudu Central, everywhere is close, but walking, those who have toddlers are also easy if you go here, taking Grab everywhere is more practical🥰

Clean hotel, complete kitchen equipment, spacious, there is a sofa bed and bench, for a family with 2 children it is very worth it. From Masjid Jamek station, take a taxi for only 10RM, to Alor you can walk or take a taxi for only 6-14RM depending on demand at that time.

Kamar bersih & rapi. Ada mini kitchen tapi enggak ada alat masak, tapi ada kulkas dan microwave. Toilet ada bidet. Power outlet bisa untuk colokan Indonesia. Lalu karena ini bukan hotel jadi kamar tidak dibersihkan setiap hari (kalau mau dibersihkan bisa, tapi berbayar). Untuk akses hotel ke Jalan Alor masih walkable & ke daerah Bukit Bintang/Petaling Street tidak terlalu jauh kalau naik Grab. Kekurangannya di kamar tidak ada gantungan handuk.

Hotelnya nyaman jika ingin mencari ketenangan. Kami sekeluarga menginap 4 malam. Kelemahannya tidak ada pembersihan kamar, kamar dibersihkan 1 minggu sekali, jika mau dibersihkan kena biaya 80 RM. Jauh dari tempat makan, jadi harus grab kalau mau makan atau keluar sekalian.

The swimming pool view is good. It is highly recommended to take the family on holiday because there is an iron and microwave. Don't forget the deposit is 100 RM and the fee for non-citizens of Malaysia is 10 RM.

This is my second time staying in Ceylonz. This time I got a rather dirty, dusty room. The sofa is also dirty. Dirty towels. Different from the first time I stayed in June 2023. Even though we booked a room in Ceylonz, if it wasn't time to check in/it was already check out time, we had to pay to store the suitcase. In Ceylonz, the room was not cleaned during our stay. There may be an extra charge for cleaning the room. For the price, this accommodation is affordable.

Absolutely recommended accommodation for those of you visiting KL. The money room is spacious and very comfortable, complete facilities, quiet location even though it is in Bukit Bintang. Only the female receptionist is less friendly in terms of service.

* * * Dusty. I don't think the room was broom and moped upon check out from previous people. * * remote remote control is out of battery. * checking out at 11 is hassle as I'm checked in for a marathon in Dataran and I'm finished late and have to rushed to the Hotel for check out. And to get lift at 1055 am is difficult and the lift does not stop becaude everyone is busy checking out at that time.

Bed linen near window looks dirty, overall the studio size room is perfect for 4 people, spacious with lot of facilities inside. But the lift is totally sucks, you have to wait for about 30 minutes to get in, they have 4 lifts (with 1 broken lift), the point isn't the overload lift capacity, but the censor is useless, the lift can just pass by your floor several times without stop at any floor and even when you're successfully get inside the lift, the lift's access card is hardly to be scanned, really a wasting time. We see a lot of guest also upset about the lift condition.
