I have no choice to"pen"down on my experience at this hotel. My first stay at this hotel was great. No qualms bout the good smell of the room or the good process of check in/out. My second stay after few weeks; Room was a little dark with less lighting, smell on pillows and bedsheets & no heater from the shower. Room looked eerie ๐คข Wanna give another try staying here, so I booked a room for 2 again; 15/08/2024. I arrived at the hotel around 11am plus. Check in time is 2pm. Very well understood with the terms. So, I walked at the counter at 1.45pm. Receptionist said,"bilik belum sedia lagi. Belum bersih. Check in pukul 2 saje". I asked,"Antara pukul 12pm-2pm, bilik tak bersih lagi ke? Saya booking bilik awal pagi tadi, hotel tak tau ke customer nak check in?"Receptionist,"tak. Tak bersih lagi"๐ฎ๐๐๐
๐ฑ๐คจ๐ง๐ค OK. I walked again to wait at the very hot non air-conditioned lobby ๐คฃ๐คฆ๐ผโ โ After 2 mins, I walked at the counter to carry on with the check in processing but still Receptionist/she never gave me the room card ๐คฃ Well, went to carry on sitting at the very hot lobby again ๐ฅต I decided to walk again around 1.58pm. ๐คฃ๐คฆ๐ผโ โ Still to my surprise! She said,"Bilik belum ready. Check in pukul 2pm ๐คฆ๐ผโ โ๐คฃ Oh my God! I said,"Lebih baik tukar masa Check in: 2pm kepada Check in: Hanya selepas bilik dibersihkan"๐คฃ๐
Finally she gave me the card at 1.59pm ๐
๐คฆ๐ผโ โ You are chasing away the customers if you do not even have little kindness in you. Receptionist turned into sulky one just cause I wanna go into my room at 2pm. Wats playing in my head now,"bilik tak bersih lagi"! ๐คฃ Even dah hampir pukul 2pm, bilik tak bersih lagi! If you have read my review and didn't encounter what I went through means service has improved ๐.
