I booked a room for 4 days 3 nights. The room was nice and clean. Given free refill water 2 liters per day, there is a refrigerator, safety box, iron and hair dryer. I arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, because maybe seeing me having trouble bringing 2 toddlers, the hotel staff allowed us to check in early. We were also given a room with a window, my children were very happy. Thank you for the service and pleasant experience during our stay.

The hotel is right in the center, walking distance everywhere. The room is compact, suitable for my taste. Clean and extremely quiet. The elevator is a bit old but the staff is lovely, the hotel has a free water filter, you can take as much as you want, fill it in a bottle and bring it everywhere without anyone complaining. Walking to Lai Foong, the beef noodles are almost gone

Wow, this is terrible, the first time I ordered a last minute hotel in Malaysia, it was completely ruined. Waiting for a clear status for 3 hours, whether there was a room or not. Hanging. This is actually a good hotel, but the front liner service is rotten.

I've stayed here many times because it's a strategic location, you just have to walk everywhere, especially to the train station, near the hotel there's a McD, KFC, KK Mart. The staff are not responsive enough if we ask for something, overall good 👌🏻.
