Bilik ok. Cuma jika hujan agak sukar sebab parking terbuka. Lokasi dekat dengan banyak facilities. Komplain: mohon tukar iron di level 2 sebab tak berfungsi dengan baik. Ada seorang cleaner agak kasar bahasa. Thank you.

The receptionist is very unfriendly and does not welcome guests well. Check in the room, see the bed sheet has yellow spots. Check the toilet there are dirty towels hanging, black dirty floor with traces of footprints and hair, bath soap not refilled, the cup in the toilet is open. Call the receptionist, without saying sorry tell the guest to come down and get the key to change the room. Enter the second room, very narrow and different from the original paid room. The room is not worth the price. Insisted to change the original room, had to wait 20 minutes to go up to the original room. Request the hotel to admonish the staff near the Receptionist to be 'welcoming' and environmentally friendly and sensitive to housekeeping duties to ensure that the cleanliness of the hotel is maintained properly.

Hotel is at good location, easy to access to Kemaman town. When I went to the hotel to check in, without checking my booking & id, they straight told me that they off the online booking system and there is no room for me. I was a bit peace off and tell them that I going to call Traveloka customer service. They are able to provide me a room after 10 minutes of arguments, but I failed to get my window room, only get room without window. Heater shower cap/nose broken, water is not so hot, water heater is very noise, rooms are clean, hotel bath towels are a bit smelly, the tv in room have no proper channels, so nothing to watch, the closet hangers can't hang trouser, only can hang shirts. Receptionist are not so friendly and they don't talk much, have few link for wifi, but not much access even right password given.

Good hotels to stay in Chukai with the availability of hotel parking is very convenient. Being on the main road is easy to get around. Nice housekeeping, clean room, astro TV broadcast. The room is very comfortable, everything is very comfortable, is the right choice.
