我很喜欢酒店的位置，周围有很多咖啡馆。

Bilik ok. Cuma jika hujan agak sukar sebab parking terbuka. Lokasi dekat dengan banyak facilities. Komplain: mohon tukar iron di level 2 sebab tak berfungsi dengan baik. Ada seorang cleaner agak kasar bahasa. Thank you.

Receptionist sangat tidak mesra alam dan tidak menyambut guest dengan baik. Check in bilik, tengok cadar katil ada tompokkan kuning. Check toilet ada tuala kotor tergantung, lantai kotor hitam ada kesan tapak kaki dan rambut, sabun mandi tidak refill, cawan dalam toilet terbuka. Call receptionist, tanpa perkataan maaf suruh guest turun ambik kunci tukar bilik. Masuk bilik kedua, sangat sempit dan berbeza dengan bilik asal yang dibayar. Bilik tidak berbaloi dengan harga. Berkeras untuk tukar bilik asal, terpaksa tunggu 20 minit untuk naik bilik asal. Mohon pihak hotel tegur staff dekat Receptionist untuk bersikap 'welcoming' dan mesra alam serta peka dengan tugas housekeeping untuk memastikan kebersihan hotel terjaga dengan betul.

Not to my expectation. I wish they will improve their services. Toilets need to be cleaned well.

Hotel is at good location, easy to access to Kemaman town. When I went to the hotel to check in, without checking my booking & id, they straight told me that they off the online booking system and there is no room for me. I was a bit peace off and tell them that I going to call Traveloka customer service. They are able to provide me a room after 10 minutes of arguments, but I failed to get my window room, only get room without window. Heater shower cap/nose broken, water is not so hot, water heater is very noise, rooms are clean, hotel bath towels are a bit smelly, the tv in room have no proper channels, so nothing to watch, the closet hangers can't hang trouser, only can hang shirts. Receptionist are not so friendly and they don't talk much, have few link for wifi, but not much access even right password given.

Bilik saiz sederhana, mempunyai kelengkapan asas yang amat baik seperti hairdryer, iron, aircond yang sejuk, suasana yang bersih dan kedudukan lokasi hotel di tepi jalan besar mudah di ari.

Hotel yang baik untuk menginap di Chukai dengan tersedianya parking hotel amat memudahkan. Berada di jalan utama jadi mudah untuk kemana-mana. Housekeeping yang bagus, bilik bersih, siaran TV astro. bilik yang amat selesa, segalanya amat-amat puas hati, memang pilihan yang tepat.
