The building structure is very beautiful, like being in the Malay Sultanate of Melaka. Has very helpful and friendly employees. A wide variety of food and most of all it suits my taste. Thank you

It was our first time here and a wonderful experience! Kids love the splash pool, and we were excited to know there were more than 1 pool in this hotel. Facilities were all good and family-friendly. Kids room, etc., were all added points to this hotel. Hope to come back again in the future.

Upon my departure, Amin was really friendly, and on the day I checked in, I went for a buffet dinner. I believe it was Mr. Saufi who was really accommodating, together with the rest of the restaurant and kitchen staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. The room is spacious. The water park is the main attraction here for kids. Breakfast is undeniably awesome.

Double Tree Putrajaya Lakeside team has put up excellent effort to maintain the great atmosphere, warm hospitality, wonderful service on all facilities, and anything that the hotel could offer despite of its massive scale-very challenging to be up-kept hotel or should I call it a 'resort'. Being welcomed into the sparkling, astonishing lobby, making the guest instantly fluttered into 5 stars ambient which was seriously superb. Love the uniqueness of the hotel-mostly all blocks & the facilities are connected to each other has given our staycation a bit of ‘twist & adventure’ where the rewards were the splendid view of Putrajaya lakeside, various amenities, or simply a discovery of the hotel interiors & intricate architectures. The hotel offers endless serenity and tranquility for those who wished to escape from busy work or daily city life especially if you are checking into a room/block facing the lakeside. Whereby families with kids definitely would enjoy the ‘Splash Pool’; A mini water theme park at an enclaved location between blocks 4 & 5. The pool-making was so genius that it also has a special pool for babies/toddlers where they can enjoy playing with water & building cognitive skills at the same time. It was a wonderful staycation, would definitely come back!
