Bad scammer, don't believe this

I stayed here from 7-10 December 2019. The night reception was not friendly. When I go down, I cheat for an adapter. He asked for access. I said access is above. Incidentally, access is only 1. Okay, can I take a picture with my friend? Later if it's true staying here I'll give it for free. When I showed the access photo he asked me instead to pay 10 ringgit !!!! What do you do?!?!?! It was said to be free but why pay !!! Then I was told to sit first. Not long after his friend called and gave the adapter a free loan. Friendly and handsome morning reception. Why isn't the good stuff late?!?! Besides that the room cleanliness is also lacking. Staying again here?!?! Wait a minute. Better find another hotel!

The room is big, clean, and bed are comfortable. Just there is no big mirror and blower. The iron is not working. the swimming pool is awesome. Nice view of Kl tower and Petronas tower. Location is little far from the city. Breakfast is great.

Complete facilities, microwave, washing machine, iron, refrigerator, cutlery. Unfortunately, the bed linen is less clean, like it's not replaced. We checked in at 11:30 a.m., and were well served. The environment is not suitable if there is a family with a wheelchair.

Please specify the information is located in Block B for customers to know. When I arrived at the place I knew I was in Block B, there was only one employee with a small information desk. While Block A, many employees with large lobby. Sky Pool is located in Block A, so you want to go from Block B to Level 8 before going through Block A. The room is clean but the bathroom is transparent glass without curtain, the hot and cold screw is broken so when the bath is too hot, it is necessary to turn off the heater to take a bath, the air conditioner is not cold, I go to 2 people but stay 2 nights for 2 bottles of water and no cleaning. Another problem is that near the area where there are no convenience stores, there is no selling of food, so it is best to put breakfast at the hotel or eat outside before returning to the hotel. Finally advise people to look carefully and choose Block A because it is the best view.

The hotel staff are friendly, top-notch service, price-friendly hotel, very comfortable, only wifi problem is always in-range, needs to be fixed again.

Pool was closed. We asked till what time the restaurant was open they said 10 only to find oit by 9 pm. We could only order drinks. At night asked the receptionist that we need help witn tv said no one would assist only in the morning. Everyday we need to go down to the receptionist to get breakfast vouchers.

the staff receptionist is very friendly ... the view out of the window is very good ... the price is as expected ... (lack of toothbrush and toothpaste)

Infinity pool and good rooms.
