The room is great with comfortable beds, clean toilet, a kitchenette, wardrobe space and even a tiny dinning area. I loved that there was a water dispenser and even plates, cups and cutleries provided. Everything was great.

The check in process takes time and there is a cash deposit. The apartment supervisor will explain the rules and things about the living room. Hot water and air conditioning work well. Only the cleanliness of the apartment is not clean because there are many cockroaches coming out. I like this apartment because there is a mall and all the facilities below. Not far from Bukit Bintang & Pavilion. The supervisor is a bit difficult to contact. The second day the main door was broken and the door was unlocked all day but the building security is very tight. BTW I am satisfied with the Valet Parking service for Vans here. Safe and the parking attendant is very helpful. TQ

The location is very strategic in the middle of the city, the photos and the room do not match, at first we were disappointed because the room smelled really bad of cigarettes, we asked for a change and finally it was changed, don't expect too much because the price is cheap

Good location. The staff service is rude, the room is dirty, and the room lights are dark. Charger left behind during checkout, called and chat did not want to pick up the phone and did not want to respond.

Booking 3 nights, apartment without receptionist. The hassle of checking in and checking out is like not paying and begging for a room to sleep in, aka it takes a long time and has to wait. Moreover, the checkout was early because yesterday I had to go to the bus station to go to Melaka. I had been told that I wanted to leave at 6.30am last night, but in the morning I was called and instead I was told to take you from the hotel lobby tower to the residence tower, I was already waiting anyway. Hadeh. Get ready for a hassle if you stay here because the people who take care of it are like brokers. I was given a number but the call was slow to respond, chat today, reply tomorrow. Imagine when you get a flooded bathroom and the toilet can't flush. 🤪 the location is okay, right next to the Time Square mall, looking for food is easy, there is monorail train access also in the mall.

It's really bad, I really don't recommend requesting a family room, 1 room, 3 twins, and they give me a downgrade room. The condition of the room was leaking, the mattress was dirty, the sheets were yellow. Never come here again.

The staff unfriendly, room different from traveloka description, old furniture and most of them is broken. The plug electricity very bad like 7/10 is not functionable. No recommend for visitor or tourist.

Worst. Book 3 family rooms for 13 people. You get 1 family room and 2 regular rooms. Given an extra bed to wait until 11pm. Dirty towels, yellow pillows, the mattress has lost its springs, it's really bad. Not worth it at all. There are also no blankets. Really disappointed. I also can't get a refund. He gave different towers and different floors. Don't recommend it at all. Just the location is good, the rest is not at all. Critical.
