This hotel boasts an excellent prime location—just a walking distance to multiple malls and surrounded by highly recommended food spots in Kuala Lumpur. From breakfast to supper, the dining options nearby are so good that I never bothered with the hotel breakfast during my stay! The service was exceptionally friendly, and taxi pick-up access was very convenient. Most importantly, the price is surprisingly budget-friendly for the Bukit Bintang area. Highly recommended for both business travelers and tourists looking for great value in a prime spot!

The staff was helpful since we arrived at 2 am in the morning , they immediately process my booking and explained it clearly in a short time, and didnt ask many questions, they maybe knew we've already so tired for the trip and need to be in our room immediately. And also the hotel is located just in the back of Sungei Wang Mall. Near to everything , a bit quiet than the other area in Bukit Bintang, I like it. I will go to this hotel again if I visit KL again.

The location is very strategic, just a 5-minute walk to Pavilion. The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom is also spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable for sleeping. The air conditioner can be adjusted according to your needs. Very recommended. The hotel also sells delicious nasi lemak for breakfast.

I will file a complaint with motac (ministry of tourist and culture) and sispaa. I have been staying here for a long time every time I go to kl. but this is the last. I was charged rm 200 for spilling sambal near the bed sheet and bedcover which I did not do. They asked for a deposit of rm 200 at the beginning and then, they did not return the deposit and continued to charge me for accusing me of making a mistake by spilling sambal near the property. If the bed sheet is torn, the mistake is acceptable. but this is not logical at all. Please look at the picture. The diameter of the size of the spilled sambal is around 5-10cm which is small dirt only and can be washed. I do not recommend people to come here again. This is an irresponsible action by the management of this hotel. Wait for the sispaa report and motac complaint!

I stayed for 4 nights and it was OK, the location is strategic, next to a mall with various options of foods to eat and to place to chill. However, the breakfast menu is quite boring for me if you stay more than 2 nights, aince the option rrmains the same. The staff are friendly, they provide us with a luggage balance so it helps us as customer to know our luggages' weight especially for foreigner who travels between countries. The standard rooms might be too small, so I chose the tyoe above the standard with around 30 m2 width.
