Just checking in took a long time. They asked me this and that. They asked me how much I had to pay. Luckily, I paid when the rate was high. If the arrival time was easier, I might have been asked to pay again at the hotel.

Housekeeping may not be available at this hotel, McD's trash is ready for ants to nest in the drawer, previous people's trash is okay. orange lacquer lamp. the floor is broken a lot, the bed is hell. oyo I think other places are better.. the only thing that is okay is the strategic area.. the receptionist is not friendly at all.

Large room but cool .. no aircond..no fan.toilet too big ... just got the toilet light..did it dim because the yellow light then the ceiling ceiling has to be replaced..mcm rot xde lift..tp ok la .. as the reception of the hotel near the 1st floor..tp many floors..ade 3 kot..staff good..best.. near the dining area.mall..not want to hdup😅

What to expect for a very cheap hotel. Noisy outside the room. Bedsheet got stain. No lift. Pity wheelchair guest and parents with baby. Only 3 channel tv. My experienced check out about 8.30 am no receptionist . I was screaming like hell calling the recptnist becs I was in rush to work, called all the numbers but doesnt pick up.if its not about the deposit i’ll just drop the key. Will not come back again

Strong smell of cigarette when I enter the room and it lingered until checked out time. The next level also smelled of smoking, I suspect the workers are smoking in the building eventhough there warning labels for the customer not smoking. Please improve this as I chosed yr hotel because it boasts of non-smoking and muslim friendly hotel.
