Great hotel. The staff proactively offered free early check-in as we had a 3-year-old toddler with us. The room is spacious and clean. Right below the hotel, there's access to food, a convenience store, etc. This is a great hotel.

This hotel is highly recommended! For the price and its location right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, this hotel is highly recommended. Access to the monorail and Lot 10 is only 5 minutes, Fahrenheit can be accessed through the back entrance in 5 minutes, and TRX Mall is also only a 10-15 minute walk. There's also a 7-Eleven, Zus Coffee, and a coin-operated laundry right next door, so it's safe if you don't have a lot of clothes. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel.

Usually when I go to KL I sleep at Dorset because it's suitable, this time I tried it when there was a promotion at the Royal Hotel and it turned out to be very satisfying, the location is good, there are lots of culinary places around, it's about a 5 minute walk to Pavilion Mall, all the staff are nice, the room is always cleaned every day, my flight was delayed but I was allowed to check out until 1 am. Thank you Royal Hotel, all the staff are very nice. If I go to KL, I will definitely go to Royal again.

We stayed from March 6th to 10th. Accommodation was in a great location and very easily accessible from KL Sentral. The surrounding area at Bukit Bintang was close to food, shopping, and bars. Service by the reception was excellent. Our room was cleaned by Sagor and very well cleaned by him, and he replenished towels, soap, etc. The concierge Ariffin stored our bags while we went shopping and was very accommodating. I will highly recommend this hotel for a stay and will stay here again during my next trip.

Fast check-in/out process, friendly staff, especially the room cleaning staff, the Bangladeshi (forgot his name) is very friendly. The location is close to everywhere, out of the hotel is the center of Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor is close, Pavilion is close, Lot 10 is in front of the hotel, Sungai Wang is across the street next to the hotel, TRX is just a short walk, monorail/MRT station is close, trendy eateries are close, cheap eateries are also close, just walk to everything, everything can be reached by foot.

The location is incredibly strategic. It's within walking distance to the iconic crossing at Bukit Bintang, Lot 10, Alor, Pavilion, Sungei Wang, and more. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
