Very satisfied with my stay. Good staff. Fast check in and check out. Got two options menu for breakfast that is local or western and you need to choose one. The food is good. I chose local food. Just I think the portion need to be bigger a little bit.

Breakfast served is simply not acceptable. Set breakfast served is in horrible state chill not fresh at all. They served left over food served after Sahur. Don't mind serving Sahur left over food but least you should have the courtesy to heat up, warm up the food before you served us. No justification for the money you are charging us. Please treat the minority whom have chosen to stay here with fresh breakfast. Suppose to be buffet breakfast but served set breakfast it's ok taking into consideration the limited occupants but for heaven sake served as the right, quality breakfast we deserved. I will post to all the other hotels booking network if no action taken. TV channels are not viewable at all. The rooms we booked should come with all the basic application. Reason stated using Internet as transmission is not clear. What kind of reason is this. You are suppose to let the rooms with near perfect condition. Why don't you tell your clients upfront before booking on TV transmission issue. Hotel charge us and deliver us rubbish.

Room is ok, breakfast is ok, just less options, everything is ok, it just feels like the swimming pool should be cleaned diligently, because when you take a shower, the water feels slimy and smelly, and you don't see a pound of water circulation process, the stagnant water under the pool is full with bird feather leaves, dirty, and another one of my children all got a bacterial infection after bathing in the pool here. So the hotel diligently cleaned the pool, told the staff to try to take a bath in the pool, it was ok, there was slime, the children were vomiting and had diarrhea.
