House was clean. Furniture are a bit old but useable. For muslim, please samak first the cooking utensils n cookware since it's a chinese owner unit. Overall we had a nice stay. It's the closest to pasar filipin n a new mall just built in front of the apartment. Very accessible to almost anywhere by walking.

It was a nice place to stay for family. or a group of friends. the host is very helpful and friendly. location is good. just opposite KK Waterfront. Walking distance (5-10mins) to night market, restaurants, seafoods was good.

A great place to stay and recommended for those with family. However, there is 1 improvement to suggest, those families with 2 vechicles should not be charged with parking fee for the extra 1 car park.
Will definitely stay there again on next visit and recommended for those traveling with family.

Thankyou Jack for arranging pickup from the airport! It was a relief not to have that extra stress when arriving in a new country
Great location in KK. Perfect for our family with four children - 3 bedrooms, queen bed plus four single beds.
Loved the pool! Clean apartment, comfortable beds (except for the pillows - too hard and thick) The maps were very useful. Although Jack wasn't available, his friend was friendly and helpful

Overall was a pleasant stay and family enjoyed it. Major issue was the parking, It was hard to find the exit. There were ants in the bathroom sink. Receptionist and staff were courteous. My sister wanted to check out later but were told to check out early.

The photos online are NOTHING like the apartment we stayed in. Wallpaper was ripped/falling off/sections missing in most rooms, stains on sheets, rock hard pillows, sliding door did not lock, light shades missing, disgusting bathroom - floor got flooded every shower, thin smelly towels - DISGUSTING APARTMENT.

We had a pleasant stay, even though it's only for a night. Mr Jack and his guys were accommodating and helpful. The unit is very spacious and complete with basic amenities. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in KK.
