Their staff is all very friendly and professional in helping me in checking-in and out, waiting for Grab, holding the door, etc. It is also convenient just a few steps across the road from Suria Sabah Shopping Mall. I used to stay at hotels near Imago, but now I prefer GCH and Suria Sabah. I will definitely come again!
